If you have the choice, the simplest and most convenient option is hiring a car from Luton Airport. There is a bus from Luton but it doesn't run frequently and can take a long time. Hiring a car is a speedy and often cheaper alternative to paying for a group to travel on multiple public transports around London. Alternatively, any other London Airport or train station is also a great option for Harry Potter World, and you can even hire from Birmingham Airport which is under 2 hours away.
