Set in its own grounds, next to an impressive 18-hole golf course, the recently refurbished Britannia Country House hotel is only five miles from Manchester airport. What's more, the hotel also offers great parking packages for up to eight or 15 days - giving you even more added value. Was in room. The bed was broken, had castors on one side but not on the other. Had no sleep as myself and my partner was trying to sleep on a slanted bed. Had a 6am flight spoke to night reception who wasn’t bothered at all. When we got back I reported it again to day staff on reception and they just said they will get maintainable to look at it. Just not good enough.

Getting from the hotel to the airport
When you're ready to go to the airport, head down to reception who will book you onto the transfer.
To get to the airport you'll need to take a taxi. For a standard car it costs around £15 to £17 each way. Taxis run 24 hours and take around 20 minutes.
Coming home
