We did not feel the parking was secure - the entry barrier was open 24 hours a day with nothing to prevent a thief from driving out with your car. We were pleased with the room but very unhappy with our breakfast and dining experience. We pre-booked the 2 course meal for two people for £35 which was a waste of money - a very limited menu and we opted for the fishcakes for our main course - these two small fishcakes which were served on wilted spinach and nothing else - we had to order and pay for chips as an extra. Breakfast service was dreadful. We pre-booked breakfast on our stay before we flew on holiday and also on our return. Both times although we had pre-booked it with Holiday Extras the hotel said we had not paid. This was extremely embarrassing and we had a ten minute wait while they checked it out and still said we hadn't paid - I eventually found my booking info to prove this and they let us in. The hot breakfast looked lovely but was absolutely stone cold so we had to leave it and ask for omeletes to be cooked for us. On the first occasion my husband ordered porridge which they said would be ready in ten minutes - over half an hour later it still had not arrived!! A complete let down and I would not stay here again.

Invoice needs to be more usable for expenses it's drawn out over 3 pages cost on page one and vat number on page 3. The Sheraton Heathrow was well located but the optional evening 2 course meal was very poor for the extra money paid.

The hotel was dated and looked tired. Our upgraded was small and the bathroom ceiling leaked during the night. On closer inspection it looked like it had happened before. The club lounge had poor snack choice of two !

Great place to rest out heads, me and daughter felt like it was a real treat. Only downside was after realising we had daughters phone in the room after we had checked out, were told when calling the hotel about 70 minutes after check out it was not there. After complaining online we received an email that it had in fact been logged on to lost property. Would have been able to whizz back to pick it up before flying back to NZ. System failure perhaps, but very very happy to be told it is now in the post back to us.

Heathrow Sheraton check in took a very long time. I was given the same room as another couple who had just checked in. Imagine our surprise, collectively, when I opened the door and walked in to the room they were already occupying. Luckily, they had just walked in and so were not in a compromised way. We check each others room numbers (identical) and the functions of the cards (all worked to open the door). I volunteered to go back to the main desk to correct the error. I've traveled a lot over the past 20 years and this HAS NEVER HAPPENED to me before. Once the clerks corrected the situation and gave me a new room, which I proceeded to lock from the inside in the event they gave my room to someone else, then I had a pleasant stay in a comfortable room and bed. The price of this hotel is low. You get what you pay for. If you want high-end service do not book this hotel. If you want a lower-cost hotel near Heathrow and are willing to face some challenges (see the other reviews of this hotel), then book this one.
