A taste of the Caribbean, and a few other places
With two great restaurants, the Sheraton Skyline at Heathrow will let you travel to the good old USA and back to continental-style fine dining, all before you've even left the ground! If you consider yourself a gourmande, then the Sheraton shouldn't be missed.
The hotel's Bytes Restaurant has an informal, bistro atmosphere but serves a first-rate, fine-dining lunch menu. You'll be offered lobster bisque, white-onion soup or warm duck salad. For more-substantial choices you can choose roast-beef fillet or traditional fish and chips amongst other options including grills. There's also a mouth-watering dessert menu and a selection of 25 international wines to wash your meal down. If you're in a rush, you could save yourself some money by choosing the Bytes Express offer, which offers you a set menu at a bargain price so long as you finish your meal within 30 minutes.

Sports Bar and Grill
On the other hand, the hotel's Sports Bar and Grill is a friendly, relaxed bar packed with character. The USA theme runs from the pin-ups and road signs on the walls to and roadster 'crashing' through the wall and even to the menu, which is packed with burgers, grills, pizza and chicken wings. Still, if fast food isn't your thing, there's an out-of-place selection of dishes on the menu, including fish and chips, a large range of salads, a selection of traditional desserts like spotted dick or treacle pudding. The restaurant has even teamed up with local Indian restaurant, Madhu's to offer a range of curries.
For lighter bites, you can grab the usual sandwiches and paninis at the branch of Starbucks right inside the hotel. Otherwise, some of the dishes from the restaurants can be ordered to your room.
