Yes, the prices really are this cheap!

If you're coming to the airport by car, the Gatwick Travelodge is easy to find. Click on the map above to interact with it or read the written dirfections below to help you.

If you're arriving by car: Leave the M23 at junction 10 and take the A2011 Crawley Avenue. Go straight on at the first roundabout, then take the fourth exit at the second roundabout onto London Road.

Go straight on at the next roundabout, then after about a mile and a half, take the first exit at the roundabout onto Old Brighton Road South - you will see a sign for the Travelodge. Then turn right at the roundabout onto Church Road - the Travelodge will be on your left more or less immediately.

Turn into the entrance and go under the overhang in front of the lobby and around to the left, into the car park underneath the building. Park anywhere here. It's a public car park, so you'll need to ask reception when you check in for a voucher to put in your car so you don't get a ticket.

If you're coming by public transport: There are regular trains to Gatwick airport from London. You can then catch bus G23 to the Travelodge. It runs about every hour between 3.20am and 1am daily, picks up from bus stop 8 at the North terminal and bus stop 13 at the South terminal, and will drop you right outside the hotel entrance. A single journey is £3.20, or £2.20 for children, and the bus takes around 15 minutes to reach the hotel from the North terminal, and 20 minutes from the South terminal.

In the morning, you'll need to catch the same bus back to either terminal. Allow plenty of time as the bus travels along the busy A23 to reach the airport.
