You had the incorrect pick up time from the airport so were about an hour late then we were in rush hour, with a lot of traffic. Later than should have been arriving at our accommodation

Initial transfer from the airport was perfect. However, the return flight was cancelled due to industrial action less than 24hours before the transfer and I was unable to cancel the return journey. I subsequently booked a taxi for the return flight and this was much cheaper than the transfer cost.

Taxis was at airport even though plane delayed by 90 minutes on outward travel and turned up on time at the hotel for return trip.

The driver was waiting for us at the airport. Although he spoke little English he was very polite, insisted on helping with our bags The journey from airport to hotel was smooth and comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone requiring an airport to hotel transfer.
