The skies are busy, and sometimes that means touching down later than planned. But with Flight Delay Cover, unexpected pauses can turn into unexpected bonuses.

How Flight Delay Cover works

Register your flight

Register your flight no later than 12 hours prior to it's departure.

Choose your benefit

Choose from lounge access or £25 per person.

Flight monitoring

We will then track your flight status for any delays of 2+ hours.

Receive your benefit

Relax, knowing you're covered in the case of a long flight delay.



Before you fly

  • Flight delay cover is already included in your policy. You just need to register your flight no later than 12 hours prior to it's scheduled departure via the email we will send you after you book.
  • Register any additional or return flights separately.
  • Register all passengers (up to 7).
  • Select your chosen benefit.

You will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge your registration.

If your flights delayed

  • In the event of a flight delay of 2 hours or more, we'll immediately send you an email with your airport lounge vouchers.*
  • If you chose the cash option, this will immediately be sent to you via PayPal.

The benefit will not be provided if the reported delay does not meet the qualifying delay requirements.**


* A flight is defined as a single scheduled airline flight under a single flight number. ** Delay must be officially announced by the airline as outlined and reported to our flight status data service provider.
