No. The lounge must be used within the period of the delay.
If you are eligible for a lounge voucher, it will be issued automatically to the email address and mobile phone number provided during registration. You can enter the airport lounge by scanning the 2D barcode on the voucher. If you have registered any additional travelling companions, their lounge vouchers will be issued to the policyholder.
By accessing the airport lounge, you agree to abide by the rules and policies of the airport lounge. The conditions of use for airport lounge access can be found here.
If you are eligible for the cash benefit, we will send you an email and SMS to let you know that we will be providing you with the compensation of a PayPal payout. The payout for all passengers will be made to the main customer. PayPal is a secure payment platform for sending and receiving money online. We will pass your email address to PayPal, who will credit your account.
You don’t need a PayPal account already. We’ll credit a PayPal wallet with your compensation and email you a link to set up an account. Just make sure the PayPal account you create uses the same email address you used to register your flight.
