Check if your destination is covered

Planning your next trip or already booked and unsure whether your destination is covered? Use this page to check which destinations are included in your policy.

We split destinations into a number of different regions, and you'll need to select the correct region to ensure you're covered during your trip.

How can I check which region I booked?

You can find your chosen region on your email confirmation from us. It will appear under your policy details and look like one of the following:

  • UK and Channel Islands
  • Europe exc. Spain, Cyprus, Malta, Greece & Turkey
  • Europe inc. Spain, Cyprus, Malta, Greece & Turkey
  • Australia and New Zealand
  • Worldwide exc. USA, Canada, Mexico & Caribbean
  • Worldwide inc. USA, Canada, Mexico & Caribbean

Not booked yet?

Use the list below to see which region your trip will fall into. If you're visiting countries that span more than one region, pick the policy region that covers them all. For example, travelling to both Spain and Mexico means you'll need the Worldwide (inc. USA, Canada, Mexico & Caribbean) cover, since that's the only category marked with a green tick () for both destinations.

We don't provide cover for destinations where the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) advises against travel. Always check the latest FCDO travel advice before you go. Even if a destination shows a tick in the table below, we cannot cover trips to any location the FCDO advises against.

Destination not listed?

  • Double-check your spelling (e.g. "South Korea" vs. "Korea (South)") and try searching again.
  • Some places are grouped under a broader region (for example "England" and "Wales" fall under United Kingdom).

If you still can't find your destination in the regions listed above, don't worry, it will most likely be included under our Worldwide incl. USA, Canada, Mexico & Caribbean region. This region includes all countries of the world, except where the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) advises against travel.

Still not sure? Contact us here.

Important: Travel restrictions may apply

There are some destinations that we cannot cover under any policy due to safety concerns. This includes areas:

  • That are experiencing war or civil unrest
  • Where the FCDO advises against all travel or all but essential travel

Always check the latest FCDO travel advice before you go to ensure your destination is safe and covered.
