Transfer from Rome Airport to Hotels

Booking your Rome hotel transfers couldn't be easier;

All of our transfers have enough room for one suitcase per person, so plenty of room for all your souvenirs.

While babies and children are indeed welcome, If you would like them to have a car seat, you'll need to bring one along with you because they aren't currently provided.

When you arrive in Rome, make your way through to the arrivals hall (stopping to wrangle your bags off the carousel on the way). You'll be met in the hall by a representative or driver, either with your name on a board or at a designated desk. Show them your confirmation and hop aboard your transfer to your hotel.

Your transfer driver will endeavour to drop you off at the door of your hotel, but occasionally, this is not possible due to vehicle size, pedestrianisation, etc. In this case, you'll be dropped off at a nearby, convenient location instead.

Delays are sometimes inevitable when flying, but if your plane decides to take the scenic route to Rome, don't worry. Your e-ticket has a contact number on it which will allow you to talk to your provider and let them know what's happening. They'll ensure you get the resistance you need.

Whether you're heading back to Ciampino Airport or Fiumicino Airport, we ensure that the return transfer is plain sailing. You'll be picked up at an agreed point at the time given on your e-ticket. If you're unsure, your representative or driver will have all the details you need.

We suggest that you're ready to go 15 minutes before your transfer time, to help everything run like clockwork.
