Positive experience from start to finish. Board with name on in Reus arrivals area - directed to driver and vehicle for immediate departure. Driver arrived at hotel 10 mins early for return journey as advised may happen and to be ready in case. Both drivers friendly and pleasant.

Booked return private minibus Reus to Salou.
Rep still waiting for us on arrival after plane landed over an hour late.
Return pickup from hotel was for 8:05. Rep phoned at 8:03 to inform us that driver was running 5 minutes late.
Very impressed with service and would definitely book again.

Outbound transfer from airport was perfect. Could not have gone any more smoothly.
Inbound transfer back to airport was less good. Did not receive notification of the pickup time and had to contact UK Customer Services. To be fair, they were great, but then the coach arrived (and set off) 15 minutes earlier than the time I was given. Fortunately, I had allowed plenty of time, so it didn't affect me, but I could have done.
In short: better communication is needed.

We booked an air port transfer from reus airport to terragona the taxi was on time both on arrival and departure I was impressed with the quality of the taxis and that the drivers both wore smart uniforms it was like a vip transfer. I would definitely use again and recommend

Arrival pick up was very efficient and the driver was smartly turned out. Vehicle was very clean and new. Easy journey. Pick up also went smoothly although we felt we were picked up rather early, almost 3 hours before our flight.

All worked well . Greeted by representative with my name clearly displayed . Introduced to friendly driver and transferred directly to apartment. At end of holiday same driver collected us promptly at apartment and transferred us directly back to airport . Excellent service !

I thought the shuttle bus was going to be for around 10 people rather than a large 'package tour' coach. After an early flight it took far too long to get to our hotel. Suffice it to say we didn't use our return booking!

Yes pick from airport to hotel was fantastic and I was the only one in the car but the return was not so great a big bus and pick was 5 hours before my flight so way to early so I missed paid for breakfast at my hotel and had to wait around in the airport for 2 hours before checking in !!

I had a problem that I left my small travel bag on the coach with our passports and holiday money inside.after firstly panicking with worry the reception at our hotel contacted you at your office you then got in touch with the driver who arranged to meet us to return my bag. Thank you so much for a great service and thank you again for the return of my bag it saved our first holiday abroad in 26 years. Above and beyond service.

Firstly we arrived at Reus on 31/08 and had to wait over 30 mins for taxi, as there were none available. Then on the way back 07/09 the taxi arrived an hour early at the hotel, so we missed it, and had to pay for a local taxi to take us back to airport ( we were refunded for this)..
