Getting to the airport

On the day of your flight, give the car park a call when you're 20 minutes away, then drive to the car park and a member of the team will meet you at the Purple desk and park your car while you walk to the terminal.

Parking

Drive to the hotel for your overnight stay – overnight parking is £7.

Call Maple Parking 20 minutes before you arrive – the number will be on your confirmation. Head to the car park at your terminal, then meet your driver at the Maple Parking desk. Hand over your keys – they'll park your car in their secure car park while you walk to the terminal in minutes.

After your holiday, call Maple Parking so they can get your car ready. Walk back to where you dropped it off and your car will be waiting for you.

This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus is not required.

The car park is secured by perimeter fencing, CCTV and 24-hour patrols.

Returning to a different terminal?

No problem. Add a return upgrade for the terminal you're flying into and a friendly driver will meet you there with your car. You can add this when you book.

What's a holiday without indulging in your sweet tooth with desserts like sticky toffee pudding or New York-style cheesecake with Cadbury Crunchie? There's also a kids' menu and a good choice for vegetarians and vegans. A main costs around £12.

Breakfast

Thyme Bar and Grill – 6am to 10am on weekdays, 7am to 11am on weekends

Tuck into a freshly cooked hot buffet of breakfast favourites like bacon, sausage, hash browns and eggs, with vegetarian and vegan options too. It costs £13.99 per person for a hot buffet breakfast.

If you'd prefer some delicious pastries, pancakes and fruit – it's £8.50 per person for the continental.

Up to two kids eat breakfast for free with each paying adult.

Sustainability

Premier Inn is on a mission to make stays more sustainable. Most of their UK hotels run on renewable electricity, with over 200 powered by solar. They're also phasing out gas completely to create the UK's largest network of all-electric hotels.

In the rooms, LED lighting cuts energy use, and water-saving taps are being rolled out.

Single-use plastics have been swapped for refillables, and the goal is to cut food waste in half by 2030. The food itself is responsibly sourced, and any surplus that's still good to eat goes to FareShare. Some hotels also team up with Too Good To Go to make sure even more of it gets eaten, not wasted.

You can also recycle in-room, charge EVs at select hotels, and support local and youth charities just by staying. It's all part of a bigger plan to make travel better for people and the planet.

Good to know

Overnight parking at the hotel costs £7.

In August 2023, London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) expanded to include all terminals at Heathrow Airport. This is part of an initiative to help tackle air pollution.

If your vehicle doesn't meet ULEZ standards, you'll need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.05m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). Prices are for cars only. If you're parking a van, lorry, minibus, caravan, trailer or mobile home you'll be charged extra.

Make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.

All airport fees are included.

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.
