Getting to the airport

You can drive from the hotel to the Short Stay car park at the terminal in 10 to 15 minutes. The Maple Parking team will park your car for you while you walk to the terminal.

Parking

Maple Parking Meet and Greet is included while you're away, which is available for all terminals. You'll just need to pay for overnight parking at the hotel, which costs £6.

Give the car park a call when you're around 20 minutes away. Drive to the Short Stay car park and a member of the team will meet you at the Purple desk and park your car while you walk to the terminal.

When you get back, call the car park once you've collected your luggage and walk back to where you were met on arrival – your car will be ready for collection.

Rooms

Standard rooms have everything you need for a great night's sleep. Think super-comfy Hypnos beds, blackout curtains and your choice of firm or soft pillows.

The hotel is accessible and has a lift, ramp access and accessible rooms. Accessible rooms include:

Beefeater – 11.30am to 11pm Monday to Saturday, 12 noon to 10.30pm on Sunday

The Beefeater serves hearty and reasonably-priced dishes like burgers, steaks and mixed grills. For dessert, the triple chocolate brownie and ice cream sundaes are sure to go down a treat.

There's a children's menu too, as well as options for gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan diets. Let the restaurant team know if you have any allergies or dietary requirements and they'll be happy to help.

Good to know

In August 2023, London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) expanded to include all terminals at Heathrow Airport. This is part of an initiative to help tackle air pollution.

If your vehicle doesn't meet ULEZ standards, you'll need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel.

Returning to a different terminal? Don't worry the car park constantly monitor flights, they will return the car to the terminal you are landing to.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.05m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). Prices are for cars only. If you're parking a van, lorry, minibus, caravan, trailer or mobile home you'll be charged extra.

Make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.

All airport fees are included.
