Need to know

Drive to the car park. Driving directions and a postcode for your satnav will be on your booking confirmation.

Park your car in the arrivals bay and head to the reception. You'll need to hand in your keys and the driver will park your car while you take the shuttle bus to the terminal. The bus takes 5 minutes and runs when needed.

On your return, the shuttle bus will pick you up where you were dropped off. Pick your keys up from reception and you can head home.

Electric vehicle charging is available on a first come, first served basis. The car park has one charging point available.

Accessibility

The shuttle bus is wheelchair-friendly. The bus stops close to where you pick your car up.

• Entry and exit barriers
• Floodlighting
• Regular patrols

The small print

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 4 hours, at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £35 for the first day and £5 a day after that. This is subject to change.

Don't forget to take a copy of your booking confirmation available as the car park may need to check this when you arrive.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Please note, if your vehicle is larger than a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m) you will be charged £20 by the car park on arrival.

If the car park is unable to move your car due to Ghost alarms, immobilisers, roadworthy issues, or the wrong or no key, they will charge you £3 per day.

If your car doesn't start, the car park will use a jump start pack. If you'd prefer them not to use the jump start pack, let reception know when you arrive.

Arriving at the car park

Park in one of the arrival bays and head to the reception.

You'll leave your keys at reception and you'll be given a receipt which you'll need to keep safe. Your car will be parked for you.

The included shuttle bus runs when needed and takes 5 minutes.

Returning to the car park

Catch the shuttle bus from the same spot you were dropped off on your way to the airport.

If you're waiting for more than five minutes, give the car park a call and they will send a bus to collect you.

Back at the car park, head to reception to collect your keys and make your way home.
