For the duration of your trip, your car will be stored in a Park Mark accredited car park close to the airport.

Need to know
Give Park Up a call when you're around 30 minutes from the airport to let them know you're on your way.
Due to ongoing building works at Luton Airport we'd recommend allowing an extra hour when dropping off your vehicle at the car park.
Drop your car off at Level 3 of the Multi-Storey car park. A member of the team will meet you there and park your car while you walk to the terminal.
When you get back, call Park Up and your car will be brought to Multi-Storey car park.
Accessibility
This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus is not required.

The car park is Park Mark accredited and secured by:
- Security fencing
- Lighting
- CCTV
- 24-hour patrols
All drivers are CRB checked and fully insured.
The small print
Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.
Early or late? If you park any longer than booked you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day, which is subject to change.
Your car will be parked in a secured off-site compound while you're away.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or large vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Arriving at the airport
Give Park Up a call when you're around 30 minutes from the airport to let them know you're on your way.
Drop your car off at Level 3 of the Multi-Storey car park. A member of the team will meet you there and park your car while you walk to the terminal.
You'll need to give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.
From there, it's a short walk to the terminal while the driver parks your car in a secured car park.

Returning to the airport
When you get back, call Park Up after you've collected your luggage and your car will be brought to Multi-Storey car park.
