At arrivals in Naples once we found our driver amongst the sea of other ones we quickly went to a smart vehicle. Nice and clean inside. Although a slight language barrier we had a pleasant journey to our hotel in Sorrento. Return journey our driver was a little delayed but we were informed. Again a nice clean car and the driver got us to the airport with plenty of time. All in all good service.

I booked pick up from airport to hotel and return journey from hotel to airport. Our drivers Josephine and Salvadori (forgive the spelling) were terrific. Arrived on time, very professional lovely and charming. Cars were spotless. I would def recommend.

Flight was delayed by over an hour, after using the web chat with holiday extra’s and the emergency number both were useless, as we were about to give up we managed to get through on a phone number to a UK office, who managed to contact the provider and let them know of our delay. Our return driver turned up over 30 minutes late due to an accident but top marks go to Frank the driver, who messaged us and called the hotel to keep us updated on the situation, when he turned up was very apologetic about his delay, we still arrived at the airport in plenty of time, but Frank made the trip like a mini tour with lots of amazing information along the way and pointed out places we hadn’t visited. Great job Frank loved the little touch as we got near the airport with a little bit of opera with time to say good bye.

What a fabulous airport transfer. Great price paid. The drivers were prompt at the airport and again when collecting us from the hotel back to thr airport. Both drivers ( Anna and Luigi ) were very friendly but also very professional. Would recommend this service.

Both drivers were lovely, but there was a huge difference in the comfort and condition of the cars. The one from the airport to our hotel was battered, had big scratches down the side and my husband was asked to sit in the front as there was literally no room in the back.
Our return journey was completely different, the car was luxurious in comparison

The arrival journey was great, the driver was super, smart clean car, played lovely music and very pleasant choosing the best routes.
The return journey was the opposite, quite stressful, arrived late having had not communication from the car company about pick up time (we had to ring them). Traffic busy but driver seemed confused and stressed. We were dropped off at the wrong point at Naples airport and struggled with our luggage to our correct Jet2 check in.

Our flight was a little late but our driver was ready and waiting. He took my bags for me. While driving to the hotel he would point out landmarks along the way. Very smart and very professional. The drive back was equally as good. The driver was on time very smart and friendly. Got us to the airport in plenty of time. Would recommend them to anyone

We booked a mini van (suitable for 6/7 passengers according to the website) for transfer from Naples to Sorrento. It was easy to find the driver and had a comfortable drive to Sorrento. For the return transfer a small Jeep turned up, which had barely enough space for 4 adults with 3 of us squashed in the back - not a comfortable drive at all.

The pick up from the hotel to the airport was excellent, driver very helpful unfortunately the airport pick,up wasn't as smooth.
The instructions were to wait in the arrivals Hall but the driver seemed to think we knew the airport and wanted us to meet outside at some point he knew but we didn't. Some confusion but we got to him in the end !
