Both drivers were lovely, but there was a huge difference in the comfort and condition of the cars. The one from the airport to our hotel was battered, had big scratches down the side and my husband was asked to sit in the front as there was literally no room in the back.
Our return journey was completely different, the car was luxurious in comparison

Was a bit nervous as information for the early morning departure airport pick up was not confirmed until after 9pm the night before, however when I phoned the company earlier the evening I was reassured it would be confirmed.

Was there waiting for us in Naples airport with a very clear sign. On the return journey was waiting in reception 20 mins before expected time which was needed as the journey was very busy. Both drivers were very pleasant

Driver waiting for us on arrival at Naples airport. Comfortable car and safe driver. Our return journey was just as smooth. Driver picked us up on time and we arrived back at the airport with plenty of time to spare.

The arrival journey was great, the driver was super, smart clean car, played lovely music and very pleasant choosing the best routes.
The return journey was the opposite, quite stressful, arrived late having had not communication from the car company about pick up time (we had to ring them). Traffic busy but driver seemed confused and stressed. We were dropped off at the wrong point at Naples airport and struggled with our luggage to our correct Jet2 check in.
Our booked journeys with you are usually all OK.

Our flight was a little late but our driver was ready and waiting. He took my bags for me. While driving to the hotel he would point out landmarks along the way. Very smart and very professional. The drive back was equally as good. The driver was on time very smart and friendly. Got us to the airport in plenty of time. Would recommend them to anyone

We booked a mini van (suitable for 6/7 passengers according to the website) for transfer from Naples to Sorrento. It was easy to find the driver and had a comfortable drive to Sorrento. For the return transfer a small Jeep turned up, which had barely enough space for 4 adults with 3 of us squashed in the back - not a comfortable drive at all.

Our flight was delayed, we contacted the number given and driver was waiting for us when we landed. on return we needed to bring pick up forward which they did for us. Very easy to deal with. Comfortable car and very nice drivers.

The pick up from the hotel to the airport was excellent, driver very helpful unfortunately the airport pick,up wasn't as smooth.
The instructions were to wait in the arrivals Hall but the driver seemed to think we knew the airport and wanted us to meet outside at some point he knew but we didn't. Some confusion but we got to him in the end !
