Getting to the airport

On the day of your flight, drive to Maple Parking Express Park & Ride T5 where your car will stay for the duration of your trip.

Check in your car and catch the 4-minute shuttle bus to T5. It's included in the price and runs every 10 to 15 minutes from 4am to midnight.

Directions and a satnav postcode will be on your booking confirmation if you need them.

Check in from 3pm, check out by 12 noon.

Parking

Drive to the hotel for your overnight stay – a postcode for satnavs and a link to what3words will be in your confirmation to make your journey easier.

Park overnight at the hotel - overnight parking is £5.

On the day of your flight, drive to the car park and head to an arrivals bay. You'll need to leave your keys so the team can move your car to a secured location.

Check in your car and catch the 4-minute shuttle bus to T5. It's included in the price and runs every 10 to 15 minutes from 4am to midnight.

After collecting your luggage, catch the shuttle bus back to the car park, collect your car and drive home.

The buses are accessible and luggage assistance is available if you need it. Blue Badge bays are also available.

Restaurant

Sky Bar and Grill – 5pm to 10pm

All Moxy Slough guests have access to the ninth-floor restaurant which has stunning panoramic views, including a fantastic view of Windsor Castle. Take the separate lift next to the stairs, it only goes to the ninth floor.

You can choose from dishes like the dynamite salmon bowl, a Korean beef bibimbap bowl, or more traditional battered haddock or a chicken jalfrezi. You're sure to find something to tempt the taste buds here. The restaurant can help make these tough decisions by offering 2 courses for £24.95 or 3 courses for £29.95.

Moxy Bar – 24 hours a day

If you prefer to keep things more casual for dinner, take a seat at the Moxy Bar and choose from options like the Moxy burger, chilli con carne or even the Big Moxy Spud with a range of toppings – just don't look at all the suspended Mr Potato Head's that are perilously close to the baked potato oven! We highly recommend the mac ‘n' cheese bites which taste amazing!

Bar

Moxy Bar – 24 hours a day

The Moxy bar is at the heart of the hotel and it's easy to see why. The bar and reception area are dotted with squishy sofas and comfy chairs, giving a modern yet cosy vibe, and where you can enjoy delicious bar snacks any time of day, for every mood or craving. You don't even have to move once you've settled in – just use the QR code on your table to order.

You can enjoy a wide selection of alcoholic drinks, including draught ale, wine, lager and spirits. Moxy cocktails are on tap, including the cocktail of the day.

A full-sized ping pong table, giant Jenga and a foosball table along with hanging chairs, are just part of the Moxy Slough experience.

Breakfast

Moxy Bar – weekdays 6.30am to 9.30am, weekends 7am to 10am

Look forward to a tasty buffet breakfast after your stay for only £11.95.

Self-service is the name of the game at the Moxy Slough. No waiting around, just grab a delicious hot coffee, a refreshing juice or even pancakes from the self-serve machines. Even the jams are from a dispenser, and sticky Acacia honey is dispensed from its own little beehive.

Take your pick from a hot buffet breakfast – the sausages are to die for – porridge, waffles or even breakfast flatbreads are on the menu.

Vegan sausages and gluten-free toast are made to order, just speak to a member of staff about any dietary requirements.

Things to do

There's a 24-hour gym with a good selection of cardio equipment and weights – including a bright pink punching bag and gloves to practise your right hook.

Keep yourself amused with a game of ping pong or foosball – all free to use. Or take your chances at giant Jenga – gently does it!

Sustainability

Moxy Slough is dedicated to sustainability through a range of initiatives. The hotel is equipped with energy-saving sensors, LED lighting, and recycling points in the bar area. Guests use sustainable toiletries, with no single-use products available, and can opt out of housekeeping to minimize their environmental impact. The hotel also offers responsibly sourced and plant-based food, along with a sustainable vending machine. Additionally, Moxy Slough donates food waste and implements measures for water conservation and reduction.

Good to know

There are lockers in the Moxy Lobby for luggage storage and a communal ironing room on each floor – some even have coffee pod machines for that mid-iron coffee break!

If you're planning on returning early try and give the car park as much notice as possible so they can have your car ready for you.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

In case of flight delays on return, the bus transfer will run later than midnight.
