Departure: fine. Return: disagreement with the person on the phone about waiting in the terminal for 20 minutes or not. No-one at the desk at the car park. I want to know why 35 miles' worth of petrol was used. I have photos of my dashboard before and after the parking

When I returned I was given the ticket to get out but by the time we packed up our car and got down to the exit. It was no more than 15 mins I had to pay £3.15 to get out.

The Heathrow website advises you to get to the airport 3 hours before departure. I changed my arrival time to 3:30 to allow for this. On your joining instructions you advise us to call the car park when we are 15 mins away. We called 5 times, no answer and mailbox was full. We arrived at the car park at 3:15 and no one was there. We called the office again at 3:30 (my planned arrival time) who advised us they don’t open until 4am. Why was this not communicated to me when I changed the booking? The grumpy man who was also very rude showed up at 4am, demanded that I pay for the ticket (receipt attached) and claimed that he has nothing to do with holiday extras and it was my fault for being early. At no stage was I informed that they operate from 4am onwards. Please can you refund accordingly as I believe the error lies with you for not advising about the opening times.

I have two outstanding complaints having to wait for 35 day for you to reply, terrible service by HX and your provider I will not use you again. Turned up late and then cancelled my return one hour before my collection time, called the emergency number for HX sand git an automated message. Terrible customer service.
