Start your trip smoothly with Airport Meet and Greet. Pull up outside the terminal, hand over your keys, and take the short stroll to check in while a fully insured driver parks for you. With no shuttle and no stress, it's convenience done right.

Need to know

Drive to the Meet and Greet car park, wait at the barrier, and your car will be photographed to record its condition before handover – it'll be returned exactly as you left it. Park in an arrivals bay, check in at reception, and hand over your keys. A driver will park your car securely while you walk to departures.

When you get back, walk to the car park, collect your keys and get your exit ticket. Insert your ticket at the barrier, then you're on your way home.

Accessibility

This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility – no shuttle required. Adapted vehicles aren't accepted. For extra assistance, contact the car park before your arrival.

The car park is secured by:

The small print

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day, which is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Vehicles must have a valid MOT.

Getting to and from East Midlands airport

Arriving at the airport

Follow signs to the Meet and Greet car park. As you wait at the barrier, cameras will snap your car for extra reassurance. Park in an arrivals bay and head inside to reception to check in and hand over your keys. A driver will park your car in a secured area while you're away.

Walk to the terminal in just 1 to 2 minutes.

Returning to the airport

When you get back, head to reception to collect your keys and a ticket for the exit barrier.
