In Morocco - Everything was great with no waiting time at all either in or out bound travel. The only one thing I would note is that when arriving the directions to find my pick up weren't exactly as described in the email (no sign holding my name but a larger holiday extras sign). Despite this it was very easy to find and prove legitimacy with the staff.

It was relatively easy to find the driver at Marrakech Airport on arrival, and the transfer to the hotel went very well despite the hotel being located in a remote part of the Medina. On the way back, the taxi arrived on time but we were asked at the last moment to meet at the end of the street a short distance away from the Hotel because of the local traffic. Apart from that, the transfer to rhe Airport went well. The driver was very attentive and we were dropped off in good time right by the terminal building

Service was generally really good however communication from the drivers was a little difficult due to the language barrier. Not their fault in any way but just made it a little awkward & difficult to communicate. On collection from hotel the driver did send a photo of his car by WhatsApp to identify it. Nice touch.

Met at airport by your representative, short wait whilst local taxi/driver located. Taken to accommodation. Great communication throughout and the return journey was good too. Because our accommodation was not accessible by vehicle (Riad deep in the souk), there was a pre arranged meeting place. Again great communication throughout via WhatsApp

We had a cancellation which we had to change dates of travel / pick up etc. it was hard work speaking to A then speaking to B then back to A again! I guess these guys are still the best and cheapest around- shame when things go wrong the same can’t be said!

I travelled on the day of the power outage and the journey was awful. We were delayed at the airport in the UK and then again at Marrakech Airport due to a security incident on board the aircraft. Hamid, the driver, waited well beyond the length of time he should have. I was extremely grateful for his help in getting us to our hotel without further delay in the middle of the night/ very early hours of the morning. I have used Holiday Extras many times and will continue to do so. I always receive good service and value for money.

My name on a holiday extras board on arrival at airport would have made it easier to find the taxi service. I had to seek out a man at the back of the Holiday Extras to find a driver.

The main problem with Holiday Extras is that the flight arrival time is communicated to the transport company, but the latter take that time as the pick-up time. The driver will arrive at the airport at that time with no consideration for time to get through passport control or to collect luggage.
So if the above takes over an hour, you are deemed as late and the driver will leave the airport.
This has happened twice to me this year, once when my flight was delayed and another when I landed into a ridiculously busy Marrakech airport.
There should be 2 time on the form, flight arrival time time and transfer pick-up time.

Transfer driver on arrival was amazing as he waited 3 hours due to extreme delays at Marrakesh airport ( end of holidays and Eid) and did not give up on me. He even took another couple whose driver had to give up the wait after a couple of hours. Very impressed with service and commitment. Return transfer worked well but no airport or other issues to contend with. Not a 10 score because it would have been much cheaper to get a taxi on the day or indeed bus back,

Booked and Paid for a Executive Car but the car that came at the airport was not up to Standard, Seat Belts not working, that dashboard was held on by Tape, did not look a safe car. We had a delay and the vehicle that we went in was a normal local Taxi. Yet the the car that picked us up at Hotel was much better and the driver was very good. This was more like what we expected. but the booking process etc was great.
