Need to know
Drop your car off at the Terminal Car Park 1. A member of the team will meet you there and park your car while you walk to the terminal.
When you get back, call Maple Parking and your car will be brought to the agreed collection point.
You will have 15 minutes to exit the car park once your vehicle has been returned to you. Any delays beyond the 15 minutes will mean extra payment will be required upon exiting the car park.
From 1st November to 14th December 2022 the meeting point will be at Terminal Car Park 2.
Accessibility
This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus is not required.
Security
The car park is in a gated compound and secured by:
- 'Park Mark' awarded
- Security barriers
- CCTV
- 24-hour patrols
All uniformed drivers are CRB checked and fully insured.
The small print
From 1st November to 14th December 2022 the meeting point will be at Terminal Car Park 2.
The car park's maximum height allowance is 2.1 meters.
Getting to and from Luton airport
Arriving at the airport
Give Maple Parking a call when you are 20 minutes from the airport.
Drive to Terminal Car Park 1 to meet your driver - your booking confirmation will include directions and a postcode for your satnav. You'll need to give them your booking reference and car keys, as well as your return flight information.
From there, it's a short walk to the terminal while the driver parks your car in a secured car park.
From 1st November to 14th December 2022 the meeting point will be at Terminal Car Park 2.
Returning to the airport
Once you've collected your luggage, walk back to where you dropped your car off.
