Need to know

Call the car park 20 minutes before you arrive then drive to the Terminal Parking car park and check in with the team at the Maple desk. Hand over your keys and your car will be parked at a secured car park while you take the short walk into the terminal.

When you land, call once you've collected your bags then head back to the car park, pick up your car and head home. Simple!

Returning to a different terminal?

No problem. For an extra fee you can add a return upgrade for the terminal you're flying into and a friendly driver will meet you there with your car. You can add this when you book. There's no fee if you're returning your car between T2 and T3.

Accessibility

This service is ideal for anyone with accessibility needs, as a shuttle bus is not needed. It's also great if you're travelling with heavy bags or young kids – just drop your car and stroll to check-in.

Your car's in safe hands. We only work with trusted car parks that take care of your car like it's their own. While your car's with them, it's fully protected – so you can head off without a second thought. Staff wear body cams to make every handover clear and accountable.

The car park is secured by:

The small print

London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) includes all terminals at Heathrow Airport. If your vehicle doesn't meet ULEZ standards, you'll need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.05m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). Prices are for cars only. If you're parking a van, lorry, caravan, trailer or mobile home you'll be charged extra. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services.

Make sure you leave enough time for the team to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.

All airport fees are included.

Getting to and from airport

Arriving at the airport

Call the car park when you're around 20 minutes away. Then head to the Terminal Parking car park where a member of the team will meet you at the Purple desk and park your car while you walk to the terminal.

When you get back, call the car park once you've collected your luggage and walk back to where you were met on arrival. Pick up your car and head home.
