The details of the pickup at the airport were inadequate and need to be improved: "Please make your way to the customs / clearance office / desk and call us, so your driver can be dispatched" . Firstly, I have no idea where the "customs office / clearance desk" might be in an airport I have not visited before. Secondly, no phone number was supplied, only emergency contact numbers - so before travelling I contacted Holiday extras (which wasn't easy!) I eventually spoke to a very helpful lady who gave me the number to call - which turned out to be one of the emergency contact numbers. None of this inspired confidence! What actually happened was, we received a WhatsApp message from the driver after landing who told us where to go and to message him when we got there and he arrived within 5 minutes. So, the actual transfer was good, but the documentation and the uncertainty it caused before the trip was poor. If you can improve this aspect, we'll use you again.

Good careful driver. We were the last to collect our baggage on arrival plus there was an hour's delay but he still waited. On the return journey, he arrived early at the hotel and we had a good and safe transfer in Baltic conditions.

Booked a return private transfer from the airport to our hotel. Driver was waiting for us when we got through customs (holding a sign with our name on) very pleasant driver and he pointed out places of interest on the way to the hotel. He then contacted us by text on the day of our departure asking what time we would like picking up. Unfortunately he was unable to pick us up at the time we requested and so he arranged for another driver to do the trip. He was equally as pleasant and was on time for our pick up.

I used holiday extra for my Airport parking and airport transfers.
The airport parking initially went without a hitch.
I booked executive transfers as it was a long journey. The first vehicle was a battered old Vauxhall van, the return vehicle was an old Toyota hybrid which almost couldn't accommodate our suitcases.
When we leaving the airport parking the system told us we owed £90 for the stay, I buzzed the intercom and explained that we had booked via Holiday extras they kept us waiting a while and finally let us through stating that payment hadn't been made. Holiday extra are financially competitive but I would possibly look elsewhere next time.
