Driver ready when we arrived, great communication, helpful polite and relaxed drive to and from resort. Comfortable clean vehicle. Couldn’t have been better!

On our arrival at Kos Airport We were held up in Passport Control for over one hour, the taxi driver was still waiting at the meeting point.

Not too much of an issue as had a coffee untill checkin opened.

Only 1 problem people on desk at arrivals bit overwhelmed maybe use same system where check on arrival number of bus ? May save large Q to find bus number

The outbound transfer from airport to hotel was fantastic. The driver was waiting as planned and was very professional and friendly. Also spoke to us about the area and things to bear in
mind.
However the transfer from hotel to airport wasnt great. The car was very small and cramped. The driver seemed a bit put out and not that friendly whilst also driving quite erratically. Got us to the airport on time but just wasnt as enjoyable as we would expect.

On arrival everything was straightforward enough and I was promptly directed to my transport. However my driver wasn't sure of the location of my apartments but he did go to the trouble of asking at a restaurant so that I could be directed to them!

We were dropped off a good 1/2 a mile from our accommodation and the driver told us it was just down the rd and sent us in the opposite direction to where our hotel was, he obviously didn’t know where it was
Other than that the return was smooth picked us up on time direct from our hotel

Easy to find transfer desk on arrival. Just a short wait for other passengers for our shared transfer. Would have got to accommodation 5 minutes sooner but driver got lost!
Return transfer bang on time in line with local company instructions. Some confusion as Greek company showed a later pick up time to UK message. However we received updates to say driver was on their way and it was helpful to have their numberplate and mobile just in case.
