Finding the car park was easy, and well. Sign posted. Upon arrival, my number plate was recognised, a card was printed which stated all the information I'd need for my return etc and the barrier lifted. I parked up in the specified car park which had many spaces and with plenty of room to remove luggage, and open the doors wide enough. The bus stops were numbered and signs to remind you to make a note of your bus stop number for your return. Bus was in time and a smooth journey. The bus driver was helpful and offered help with others cases. The bus had seat belts and ample seating. Drop off was right outside the terminal. Return journey, we waited 5 minutes until the bus arrived just outside arrivals. After getting to my car we exited with the automatic number plate recognition and the barrier opened. The car park seems very secure with cameras and barriers at all entrances and exits. Very easy, I will be using every time.

First off, as with many people, I looked for price. Although some matched you, none beat your price. I have used you before and had your app, this worked very well and very straightforward. Booking was very efficient. I amended my booking twice prior to travel. This again was very straightforward and no extra charge for doing so. The information you sent of how to get to the jet park and what to do on arrival was very clear and precise. Although we arrived earlier than anticipated at the parking area, this again was no issue with the plate recognition camera opening the barrier straight away. The bus to the terminal was a short distance away and waiting on our arrival. The bendy buses used were spacious, easy to access with plenty of storage for suitcases. 15 minute ride, which brought us directly outside the terminal. Very smooth. On return, located the stop for our park with ease. The female bus driver was very professional with a lovely sense of humour and soon enough , with good communication from the driver we found ourselves very close to our parked vehicle. The exit from the carpark was again exceptionally smooth with no interaction required with the barrier opening as we approached. All in all, you provided such a stress free experience and there is nothing I could fault. Well done holiday extras, and see you again in the future. Highly recommend.
