From the moment you walk through the door of the Holiday Inn London Shepperton, you'll notice this hotel is as family-friendly as it is luxurious. It's an AA-approved four-star hotel set in 11 acres of grounds - with a children's activity table at check-in so they don't get bored. Kids under 14 eat free in the restaurant, which has a children's menu; they're welcome in the leisure club and the CBeebies TV channel is available in all the rooms.
Holiday Inn Shepperton is a great choice for your Heathrow airport hotel. You and your family will feel as though you are on holiday already.
The hotel was perfect and the parking was great, I will definitely use this hotel again. We did have a problem at check in as our reservation had not been confirmed with the hotel but luckily they did have spare rooms so it was not a problem in the end. I think this might have been because it was Christmas and the reservation centre at the hotel might have been closed by the time we made the booking but I would still double check with the hotel next time as it did add pressure to the check in at 10'o clock at night.Mrs Pickavant ( Holiday Inn Shepperton)

Clean Promise is the Holiday Inn's brand new, advanced cleaning system dedicated to making your stay as safe and contact-free as possible. When you arrive you'll find hand sanitiser for you to use and screens at reception. Both public areas and bedrooms are being cleaned more regularly.
Your room gets a deep clean with enhanced cleaners too, with emphasis on high-touch areas including light switches and remotes. You'll also get hand sanitiser and wipes to keep.
Getting to the airport
Your car will be collected from the Short Stay car park outside your terminal, which will be about 2-minutes' walk from Departures.
It's about 30 minutes to the Short Stay car park from the hotel, and you'll find the drop-off point on level 2 or 3, depending on your terminal. Full details will be on your email confirmation.

Blue Circle Meet and Greet is included in this package.
Park your car for free at the hotel overnight, then drop it at the meet and greet area at the Short Stay car park, which is outside the terminal, before you fly.
When you're back, they'll drop it back to you in the same place.
Blue Circle is only available to take and return cars between 04:00 and 00:00. Please note, if you arrive after these times there will be a £50 charge.
Rooms have free wifi, modern bathrooms, blackout curtains and a choice of firm or soft pillows. They are simple in design with crisp, white bedding.
Guests have said that twin rooms are spacious and clean. Triple rooms include a double bed and rollaway bed or two single beds and rollaway bed. Child age 12 and under.
Under 18s stay for free if sharing a room with their parents. There are also interconnecting rooms.
There's 24-hour room service with a £3 tray charge. It's a limited menu of sandwiches and paninis but guests are welcome to order food in.

Kids 12 years and under eat free at Regatta Restaurant (with at least 1 paying adult). The large menu includes 'home-style favourites', like bangers and mash and fish and chips, build-your-own burgers (a particular favourite with our guests), pasta, pizzas, steaks and salads. Some meals are available 24 hours.
Dishes are freshly prepared and meats from the grill are cooked to your liking. Expect to pay £13-£14 on average for a main meal.
This restaurant caters for vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free diets. If you have any dietary requests, speak to the restaurant team.

The bar serves beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks as well as Starbucks coffee. Guests say that the staff are friendly and polite.

Kids aged 12 and under eat breakfast for free. It's a full English and continental buffet. It's £15.95 on the day or £12.95 if you book it at reception the night before. Omelettes can be cooked to order by a dedicated omelette chef - just ask for the ingredients you'd like.

Government regulations require passengers at the airport to wear a face mask. Remember to bring a face mask and have it on before you get there. You'll need one for each member of your party.

On the day of your stay
Make your way to the hotel. Detailed driving instructions and a postcode for satnavs will be on your confirmation email. Overnight parking is included in the price.
Getting to the airport from the hotel
Drive to Terminal 2 or Terminal 3 any time between 4am and 12am. Please note, the car park closes at midnight and if you arrive after this time there will be a £50 charge.
Drop your car outside the terminal in the Short Stay car park where your Blue Circle driver will be waiting. More detailed instructions will be on your confirmation email.
Hand over your keys and take the short walk to check-in.
Collect your luggage then call the car park to let them know you're back - you'll be given the number when you arrive. Meet your driver in the Short Stay car park, collect your car and keys and head home.
