Need to know

Give the car park a call when you're around 20 minutes away. Drive to the Terminal Parking car park, hand over your keys at the Maple desk and a member of the team will park your car while you walk to the terminal.

When you get back, collect your luggage, call the car park and walk back there to collect your car.

Returning to a different terminal?

No problem. Add a return upgrade for the terminal you're flying into and a friendly driver will meet you there with your car. You can add this when you book.

Accessibility

Meet and greet services are ideal for accessibility needs, as there's no need for a shuttle bus – it's just a short distance to your terminal. It's also a great option if you're travelling with lots of luggage, children, or simply want a faster, simpler start.

Your car's in safe hands. We only work with trusted car parks that take care of your car like it's their own. While your car's with them, it's fully protected – so you can head off without a second thought. Staff wear body cams during handover for added confidence.

The small print

London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) includes all terminals at Heathrow Airport. If your vehicle doesn't meet ULEZ standards, you'll need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.05m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). Prices are for cars only. If you're parking a van, lorry, caravan, trailer or mobile home you'll be charged extra. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services.

Make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.

Getting to and from airport

Arriving at the airport

Give the car park a call when you're around 20 minutes away. Drive to the Terminal Parking car park to meet your driver – your booking confirmation will include directions and a postcode for satnavs.

You'll need to go to the Maple desk and give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.

From there, it's a short walk to the terminal while the driver parks your car in a secured car park.

Returning to the airport

Once you've collected your luggage, call the car park and walk back there to collect your car.
