Need to know
Give the car park a call when you're around 20 minutes away. Drive to the Short Stay car park and a member of the team will meet you at the Purple desk and park your car while you walk to the terminal.
When you get back, call the car park once you've collected your luggage and walk back to where you were met on arrival – your car will be ready for collection.
Returning to a different terminal?
No problem. Add a return upgrade for the terminal you're flying into and a friendly driver will meet you there with your car. You can add this when you book.

The small print
In August 2023, London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) expanded to include all terminals at Heathrow Airport. This is part of an initiative to help tackle air pollution.
If your vehicle doesn't meet ULEZ standards, you'll need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel.
Returning to a different terminal? Don't worry the car park constantly monitor flights, they will return the car to the terminal you are landing to.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.
Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.05m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). Prices are for cars only. If you're parking a van, lorry, caravan, trailer or mobile home you'll be charged extra. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services.
Make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.
All airport fees are included.
Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.

Arriving at the airport
Give Holiday Extras Meet and Greet a call when you're 20 minutes away to let them know you're coming.
Drive to the Short Stay car park to meet your driver - your booking confirmation will include directions and a postcode for your satnav.
You'll need to go to the Purple desk and give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.
From there, it's a short walk to the terminal while the driver parks your car in a secured car park.
If your terminal is closed for any reason, your driver will meet you at the new terminal your flight is departing from or returning to. Just give Holiday Extras Meet and Greet a call to let them know your terminal has changed.
Returning to the airport
Once you've collected your luggage call the car park to let them know and walk back to the Short Stay car park to collect your car.
