Directions to Terminal 4:
- Leave the M4 at Junction 4 (or if you're coming from the M25, leave at Junction 14).
- Follow the signs to T4.
- When you arrive, just follow the signs for Terminal 4 Terminal Parking Car Park.
- Take a ticket from the barrier, which you will need to hand over to the driver.
- Drive down to level 2 following the off-airport and parking signs.
- On level 2 follow the road to the left, drive to the end of Row F and park in one of the designated Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays.

From 1st June

- Leave the M25 at junction 14 and follow signs for Terminal 4. Join the A3113, then follow Southern Perimeter Road through the roundabouts, staying on the Terminal 4 route.
- Continue until you see the Crowne Plaza on your left. Turn left at the traffic lights (Swindon Road), then drive down the ramp into the car park under the hotel.
- Do not use the drop-off area at the front of the hotel.
- At the bottom of the ramp, go through the barrier, park in any space on Level -1, and check in at the Maple desk.
- Once checked in, walk to the terminal using the covered walkway through the hotel.
