Getting to the airport
On the morning of your flight make your way to your drop-off point at your terminal – it takes 5 to 15 minutes by car. You can walk to check-in, a few minutes away from there.
Check in from 3pm, check out by 12 noon.
Parking
Blue Circle Meet and Greet is included. All the parking is done for you so there's no shuttle bus and no waiting around.
Park overnight at the hotel (it's included), and in the morning drop off your car and keys at the meet and greet area in the Short Stay car park outside the terminal. When you get back, they'll drop it back to you in the same place.
Blue Circle can take and return cars between 4am and midnight.
Electric vehicle charging
The hotel has four type 2, 22 kWh chargers which cost £0.55 per kWh plus a £2.50 connection fee.

Good to know
From 29th August 2023 London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) will expand to include Heathrow. You may need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel.

On the day of your stay
Drive to the hotel - your confirmation will include directions and a postcode for satnavs. Overnight parking is included in the price.
Getting to the airport from the hotel
Drive to the airport. When you're 30 minutes away from the airport give the car park a call to let them know you're on your way. Make sure you arrive between 4am and midnight.
Head to the designated Blue Circle desk in the Short Stay car park where friendly chauffeurs will be waiting to take your car. Give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.
From there, it's a short walk to the terminal while the driver parks your car in a secured car park.
Coming home
Once you've collected your luggage, call Blue Circle on the number you were given, then make your way to the same place you dropped off your car.
You'll have 15 minutes to exit the car park once your car has been returned to you. Any longer than 15 minutes and you'll need to pay extra when you leave the car park.
I could never recommend Holiday Extras all the time they use Blue Circle Meet & Greet service, as this company is an absolute shambles to deal with. They do not deliver the service you are paying for as we had to wait 50 minutes for our car to be returned after a nighttime long haul flight, which is completely unacceptable. Blue Circle has dreadful reviews for a reason and if Holiday Extras continue to use them you will not be receiving my custom in the future.
