How will the payment show on my bank statement?

When you pay with your credit or debit card the payment will show up on your statement as 'HXPAYMENTS.COM'.

How long will it take for the payment to show?

It depends on who you bank with, but in general the payment will show as 'pending' straight away and clear within the next few days.

I need help with a payment, what do I do?

Most of our customers find what they need on our Action Station but if you still need to speak to someone our dedicated Help Squad are on hand for any questions you have.
