We found rep easily on arrival and were directed to our shuttle transport which took us efficiently to our destination. For our return journey to the airport we received a reminder email with pick up details which were also displayed on a notice board in the hotel. The shuttle arrived within time to pick us up and we arrived in good time at the airport.

Easy to book through the Jet2 app as part of the booking I had for flights. Transfer service sent emails and WhatsApp messages providing all the necessary information. The driver was waiting for us both on the transfer to the hotel and back to the airport.

It was really good we were given a private car because the transfer got cancelled as I think there were not enough people.
The return was perfect they turned up on time and we got to the airport quick
The arrival transfer was stressful as the driver was not waiting for us but after many phone calls and help from the airport, the company managed to track the driver down and he came an hour later

On time, what did not go well was the information given on the coach on arrival by the FROM2 lady rep, she said as the buses are not allowed to drop off at hotels due to the Police/Council, so you must be at your return transfer the same place where you get dropped off!!! i have been traveling to the same resort for 20years and this was a first ,also not every one has a phone that has apps etc, this lady repeated herself so much about scanning 2 codes from the paperwork we were all given to track the bus etc ,this should not be taken for granted that people have a phone let alone be able to download the app, we got our pickup time through our Hotel as we always do and went to the pickup point where we were dropped off as stated by the FROM2 lady rep,3 buses passed us from FROM2,then i get a phone call saying where are you as the driver is parked out side our Hotel, this was sorted out, and all was well.

Very reliable service and easy to follow instructions for outbound transfer. The only issue I encountered was the hotel was contacted to confirm my return transfer, no problem with that and I understand why this is done, but no contact was made with me when both my email address and telephone number were known.
