    The transfer took too long returning to Girona airport . We were on the coach nearly 3 hours and we weren’t the first to board the coach . The driver forgot to pick up passengers and had to turn around and go back for them .

    Although it was a bit too pricey at £60 for a ten minute drive, we had two suitcases and two golf bags so we had to guarantee a big enough taxi to fit them all in. We were kept waiting for about ten minutes but the plane had landed early. The pick up at the end of the holiday was bang on time,

    Everything ok just length time from getting on transfer bus to arrive at my hotel. Appreciate keeps costs low but next time will either stay near hotel travel by train or bus in the .morning if using night flight especially as flight delays both ways.

    The arrival transfer was very bad the driver kept us sitting on the bus for an hour before he even set off. It was very hot and drinks were advertised but not available. When we were finally dropped off in Tossa (last) the driver wouldn’t take us anywhere but the bus station. One poor man on his own in his 90s had to walk half a mile in the heat with his luggage even though there was no reason he couldn’t be taken to the corner of his street. The return journey was much better. The bus was on time and the driver was friendly efficient and helpful.

    We found rep easily on arrival and were directed to our shuttle transport which took us efficiently to our destination. For our return journey to the airport we received a reminder email with pick up details which were also displayed on a notice board in the hotel. The shuttle arrived within time to pick us up and we arrived in good time at the airport.

    Easy to book through the Jet2 app as part of the booking I had for flights. Transfer service sent emails and WhatsApp messages providing all the necessary information. The driver was waiting for us both on the transfer to the hotel and back to the airport.

    It was really good we were given a private car because the transfer got cancelled as I think there were not enough people. The return was perfect they turned up on time and we got to the airport quick The arrival transfer was stressful as the driver was not waiting for us but after many phone calls and help from the airport, the company managed to track the driver down and he came an hour later

    On time, what did not go well was the information given on the coach on arrival by the FROM2 lady rep, she said as the buses are not allowed to drop off at hotels due to the Police/Council, so you must be at your return transfer the same place where you get dropped off!!! i have been traveling to the same resort for 20years and this was a first ,also not every one has a phone that has apps etc, this lady repeated herself so much about scanning 2 codes from the paperwork we were all given to track the bus etc ,this should not be taken for granted that people have a phone let alone be able to download the app, we got our pickup time through our Hotel as we always do and went to the pickup point where we were dropped off as stated by the FROM2 lady rep,3 buses passed us from FROM2,then i get a phone call saying where are you as the driver is parked out side our Hotel, this was sorted out, and all was well.

    Very reliable service and easy to follow instructions for outbound transfer. The only issue I encountered was the hotel was contacted to confirm my return transfer, no problem with that and I understand why this is done, but no contact was made with me when both my email address and telephone number were known.
