Went directly to the taxi office in Fuerteventura airport arrivals hall. A very pleasant young man at the office gave me straightforward directions to find my taxi outside the terminal building. The driver was waiting for us and soon we were on route to our accomodation. Very clean taxi and the driver was very helpful and seemed happy in his job. The return taxi to the airport was 20 minutes early and gave us peace of mind that we'd catch our flight in good time. Same again, the driver was very professional in his work. I would recommend this service and I will certainly use them again in the future.

Once we were through passport control we went straight to the desk as instructed and they pointed us in the right direction for the bus. We were first there so we had a wait of around 45 minutes before we set off which was a little disappointing. However, the return to the airport was much better. The bus arrived within two minutes of the allocated time and after another couple of pickups we were on our way. Delays should be expected as it all depends on where you are staying and how many others are on your bus.

The price was cheap and the coach was clean and I was lucky that I was the first drop off and the last pick up. My only criticism was that on arrival the direction to the office was a little difficult to find and location of the bus was not clear and the driver seem confused of my location.

The system in Feutureventura has changed, before you had a car waiting but the last couple of times you queue for the desk and are given a voucher to queue again in the taxi rank, and now behind anyone else who has just queued for a taxi.

The journey to the hotel was fine, we had a big coach it was spacious and comfortable for a 2 hour journey! However, on the return journey they only had a minibus which was full of people, there was no air con or windows that could be opened and that is a long journey to sit uncomfortable. I would opt for an alternative transfer option if we were to return.

Everytime I've booked through Holiday Extras everything has run smoothly, if theres been changes even those have gone smoothly. One thing I didn't realise until I returned home was that they text you about meeting the transfer coach on the return trip, but having my roaming off I never got it, but as I've booked this before I knew the hotel would have the details. You'll never be disappointed of you book through Holiday Extras for your hotel+parking or just parking or transfers. The transfers are so much cheaper than a taxi if you are an hour away from the resort, you just have to be patient as they drop off and pickups on the return.
