Very reliable service. Whilst away a link was sent to confirm pick up time for the retur journey, however the link did not work so followed the time on the email when transfer was originally booked.

I used your transfer Service twice, returning to the UK during my month stay at Oliva Beach, Corralejo, Fuertventura which was perfect but then my partner joined me the following Monday, booked his Airport transfer but was told at the Airport there was a 2 hour wait so he had to pay €55 for a taxi - then the following Friday, we had booked our transfer the day before, going back to the Airport on Friday 3
April but received NO pick up time…. when I phoned the Emergency line, I was kept on hold for 15 minutes, until I was told there was NO bus for us - we then had to get a taxi again, this time costing €60!! Very disappointed & frustrated, as it had gone so well the previous week!!!!

The Canary Shuttle office out on the coach station parking area needs to be better signposted. It is outside the arrivals hall about level with pick up point 4 but really needs better signage in the arrivals hall and maybe outside too.

The timing of the transfer was perfect in both directions. On arrival minibus was waiting for us and we left within a few minutes. On the return trip the collection at the hotel was on time and so no anxious wait. The vehicles looked almost new.

Flawless from start to finish. Would trust them with my car again. No fuss, no dramas, just took my key, directed me to departures and same on the way back in, just directed me to the car. Our flight on the way out was also postponed and they changed the parking time no worries. For me, anyone who looks after your car whilst you're away is a bonus, would use again.

It would be good if you didn't have to wait so long at the airport before transfer to your hotel. You can sit on the coach for over an hour waiting for other passengers which spoils the whole experience.

We had to wait a while to be picked up on arrival but the minibus was only us and was perfect.A slight wait on return journey but only two other passengers in the vehicle. Both drivers were polite and the driving was excellent would use again in a heartbeat and have recommended to y friends.

It's not obvious where to go to check in for the transfer at the airport as it gave a desk number, but when we went to that desk it turned out that we needed to go to an office outside, we got delayed by the new registration process before passport control and the bus was full and just departing as we got to it. The next bus was over an hour wait but it turned out there was a bad traffic jam due to road works, so the extra wait was understandable

Found the driver at fuerteventure airport ok but the pick up was as late and I tried phoning the numbers given but nobody answered the call even the emergency 24hour helpline. As soon as we came out of the airport our driver was right in front with our name clearly displayed. He was very friendly and even took some of our baggage to our vehicle.
On our return the driver was waiting at the given time and again was very friendly.
I could not fault this service - would definitely book a taxi pick up in the future.

The transfers were absolutely 1st class from arriving we were taken to our new minibus and whisked promptly to our hotel then on our transfer back our new minibus arrived bang on time and got to the airport swiftly. On the whole, the service was very good. It was a little bit frustrating that we drove around Corralejo for about 40 mins dropping other people off and realising that we passed very close by our apartment at the start. Must be something to do with the oneway road system.

Airport pick up to hotel no issues as our driver was there and he had the baby car seat. However our hotel pick up to airport was a different experience as the driver didnt have a baby car seat and only realised this after he loaded the luggage! Driver didn’t seem happy but he sent for another driver to come with a baby seat and we had to wait 10 minutes for the new car, luckily no impact to our overall transfer as we still made it in time to the airport. But baffled as to why he hadn’t had a baby seat even though I load extra for it and it was on the booking confirmation.

The transfer shuttle coach to our hotel was over booked. Therefore there was a delay of around 30 minutes or more as the driver had to organise transport for the additional passengers. The return transfer took a long time as we had to stop at many hotels.

Yes it is advertised as potentially a one hour wait but this is too long and sometimes the wait exceeds one hour.
Bring it down to 30 minutes and it will be a much better service

I was wary booking a private taxi outwith Jet2 transport but I was extremely pleasantly surprised how smoothly everything went. Our driver was waiting at the airport with a card with our name on it and was the most pleasant driver , super friendly but professional and the same driver took us back to the airport on the return journey. I would defo recommend holiday extras and absolutely use them again as they update you every step of both journeys.

Had over one and a half hour wait for transfer on arrival had a correct paperwork but the bus we should have been on wouldn’t take us. Eventually was taken by someone after a lot of running around. Our return transfer was perfect .. was a bit worried that we may not be picked up. But they was very professional on information leaving a message on my phone and also confirming with our hotel reception which was left in our apartment. Will def use again sometimes things just don’t run smoothly. It wasn’t just us there was 2 other girls left who decided to book a private taxi

But I was left stranded at Fuerteventura airport, on my own, at night without a transfer bus.
This was because my plane was an hour delayed, therefore my bus had left.
I had to be persistant in order to arrange another bus to get me to my apartment.
I did get another driver, who then unfortunatley had to stop for a 15 minute break on the way. No fault of the driver, who was very kind. His name is Jorge.
I arrived at my apartment at 11pm, a little upset.

Before my trip I was informed that my bus would drop me off at a nearby bus stop because there was no room for the bus to turn round at the hotel. But when I got to the hotel there was a big roundabout at the hotel entrance with big Tui coaches dropping people off and not having to do any reversing. Apart from that the transfer was very good.

service on time and coach was modern however when we were dropped off at our hotel RIU Oliva Beach the coach did not go outside the hotel like other coaches did, it dropped us off at the bus stop on the main road which was a bit of a challenging walk for my elderly mother late at night when it was dark. The information about where to get the transfer is incorrect, there was no-one at the desk I was told to go to. I rang the number & was told to go to another desk, he had no idea who we were. Tried to change the drop off and pick up point to a different hotel nearby but there seemed to be a lack of communication between hol extras and the shuttle bus company, I asked twice on the chat forum and was told couldn't change it, upon arrival the hoppa desk changed it and gave me a phone number to make sure the return journey was changed, rang the number and they said had to go back to holiday extras they said no it couldn't be changed, the driver did somehow get the change of hotel info though !?! So I had to ring the emergency number as we were sat outside the original hotel (as the hoppa website told us to be there) luckily the driver was informed and came back for us

As l booked this separate from the actual holiday and it was the first time doing it this way, l was quite apprehensive but l needn't have worried about thing.
It was easy to find our coach when we arrived at the airport and drop off was great. I did not have to do a thing about being picked up from the accommodation as holiday extras emailed me the day before to let me know what time we would be picked up at. The driver picked us up in a smaller vehicle ( 7 seater) which was fine. He was very polite, chatty and a good steady driver. I would definitely book through this company again.

The directions on the booking form were perfect as we found the appropriate desk to report to on arrival at Fuerteventura. Coming back I was a bit unsure about pick up time as your instructions said check the supplier website 48 hours before departure (which I did and there was no trace of a booking) and theirs said 24 hours. Everytime I've booked through HolidayExtra everything has run smoothly, if theres been changes even those have gone smoothly. One thing i didn't realise until i returned home was that they text you about meeting the transfer coach on the return trip, but having my roaming off i never got it, but as I've booked this before I knew the hotel would have thr details. You'll never be disappointed of you book through HolidayExtra for your hotel+parking or just parking or transfers. The transfers are so much cheaper than a taxi if you are an hour away from the resort, you just have to be patient as they drop off and pickups on the return.

The transfer went well in that we got to and from our accommodation on time. On the way out we were just told to get an ordinary taxi and given a voucher, however the taxi driver had some trouble finding our apartments. After that I wanted to change the pick-up to a nearby (easy to find) hotel. This meant I had to ring the emergency number and hold/ navigate menus for about 15 minutes. If I’d booked direct I would have had the website address and could have just done everything online. Once I knew the website I could use that to check the pickup details and track the pickup. Because of this, I think it would have been easier to book direct and not through a third party OR would be useful to have all the contact details.

The journey to the hotel was fine, we had a big coach it was spacious and comfortable for a 2 hour journey! However, on the return journey they only had a minibus which was full of people, there was no air con or windows that could be opened and that is a long journey to sit uncomfortable. Once we were through passport control we went straight to the desk as instructed and they pointed us in the right direction for the bus. We were first there so we had a wait of around 45 minutes before we set off which was a little disappointing. However, the return to the airport was much better. The bus arrived within two minutes of the allocated time and after another couple of pickups we were on our way. Delays should be expected as it all depends on where you are staying and how many others are on your bus.

Went directly to the taxi office in Fuerteventura airport arrivals hall.
A very pleasant young man at the office gave me straightforward directions to find my taxi outside the terminal building.
The driver was waiting for us and soon we were on route to our accomodation.

Yes on the app,it said a 11.05 pick up at the hotel. Luckily I checked the website. It said 10.43. You need to get the pick up time the same on both app and website. Otherwise you will have a lot of complaints and disappointed customers!!!!

The inbound transfer was really smooth, no problems at all. However, the outbound transfer was almost a complete disaster. The confirmation email stated that our collection time would be 2hrs and 45 minutes before our flight was due to leave and that we should be ready 15 minutes before. Our flight was at 20.05 so we were ready for collection at 17.00 expecting to be collected at 17.20 at the latest. The collection time came and went. I tried ringing the number on the email, it wouldn't connect. By this time I was really starting to panic and fortunately the travel rep was on hand to ring and finally got through and we were told that we were being collected at 17.30. A mini bus turned up at 17.32 but the driver was adamant that he wasn't picking us up as he had a different name on his manifest.The rep then tried to tell him that the people he was trying to collect were not there and could he take us and only after he spoke to the office did he allow us on board. The driver was obviously not to blame for the mix up and he got us to the airport quite quickly but it really wasn't the relaxing transfer that we booked and paid for.

Friendly driver who helped with bags and was apologetic despite it being us who were late.
Return: again larger transport than we booked arrived within 15 mins of scheduled time to transfer back to airport. Friendly and helpful.

Found rep holding up sign for Jumbo tours. Rep was nice and told us to go to specific bus stance. Rep also told me to tx message on whatsapp the day before we were due to leave to say what time our flight was when leaving. Transfer from the airport was very straightforward. Recieved a message telling us where to go to be picked up to return to the airport. Luckily this wasn't far away as I have lung cancer and cannot walk long distances. Unfortunately the road was closed at the top which we weren't aware of but the driver walked down to find us. I did struggle with my breathing as it was a slight incline but this was not the fault of the driver or company

The staff were helpful. Having a shared transfer means that it will take a longer as multiple flights and holiday accommodations are involved. However the price reflected this and value for money was good. The staff on arrival at Fuerteventura airport were there to greet me and accompanied me to the correct place to wait. The day before my departure, a note was delivered to my hotel room detailing the time of departure - the coach arrived on time.

On the way to our hotel we stopped at a lot of destinations far more than we expected. The driver did apologise but it did spoil our first impression of you Company. The journey back to the airport was fantastic, but I do think you should tell your drivers they shouldn’t take phone calls and fiddle with their phones looking for music when they are driving.
