You can catch a train from the airport to Amsterdam city centre. This is usually the cheapest and quickest option. Otherwise you can book an airport transfer to take you directly and there are some great rates if you book a shared shuttle. Taxi or private shuttle is also a great option if you're happy to pay a little more.
