Communication with customer service was really good. We contacted them beforehand as we were a bit worried about the pick up time from our hotel on the return journey. According to our airline we should have been at the airport 3 hours before departure, but the pick up time was quite close to this time. Unfortunately, this couldn't be changed so we hoped we would make it on time. We booked the transfer with the tracker option, but this was not a live tracker as we had hoped. It only showed the time when the pick up should have happened and then how many minutes they were late (7 minutes in our case). Luckily, the traffic to the airport was fine and we arrived on time for check in and security.
Other than that, everything went well. On arrival, we found the correct person and our minibus straight away, had a nice driver and didn't have to wait long before the bus was full and we could go to our hotel.
We would use HolidayExtras again, but would not bother booking the tracker option as it is not a live tracker and therefore, a bit useless.

We had a very good experience overall. Both transfers were reliable, the drivers arrived on time, were easy to find, and were friendly and helpful. The journey from the airport to the hotel was smooth and exactly what you hope for after a flight.
On the return trip there was a small mix?up: a driver arrived to collect another group from the same hotel but didn’t have any passenger names on his list. Since our scheduled driver wasn’t there yet, he kindly agreed to take us, and Holiday Extras customer service stepped in to sort out the confusion. It took a little time to resolve, but everything was handled professionally and we still made it to the airport without stress.
Overall, the service was reliable and convenient, and we would happily use Holiday Extras again. It’s worth other customers knowing that the transfers run on time and the drivers are approachable, even if the paperwork occasionally needs a quick check.

We always have had great service from holiday extras. The only thing was that the driver wasn’t holding up a sign for us, but we asked at the help desk and he found the driver for us which was great. We had a nice mini bus for our transfer and we were at the hotel really quickly.

Everything went well with all my bookings , except the private airport to hotel transfer, the car used on both pickup, was dirty, and small, both large suitcases were crammed into the boot . Hotel and parking at Glasgow airport hotel, Holiday inn express was great, and the overnight stay on the return was good. Disappointed that through your online website , I was not able to book both hotels staying on the outward and returning stay, but after telephoning direct to holiday extras, customer service advisor help me with this.

I would book with you again but our taxi driver hassled for a tip, generally not an issue, but when you arrive in Tunisia, which has a closed currency so therefore have no Dinars to be presured into giving English money, over what we would normally pay is frustrating, as we only had English notes.

The Driver waited for us on arrival even though we were delayed an extra 1/2 hour due to our luggage going astray and he was very helpful allowing us time to visit the bathroom and change some currency.
The return driver was prompt for pick up time and the car was immaculate and smelt lovely. Although he didn’t make conversation, He was also really helpful when we got to the airport.

I am a regular user of holiday extras and have booked a few transfers, all of which have been great. On this occasion however the return transfer did not go to plan, as the driver was half an hour late. He was rude and really quite aggressive as I had tried to make contact with his employers to find out where he was. I am a female and was travelling with my daughter and two grandchildren children. I was relieved he took us to the airport and didn’t dump us at the side of the road ! The journey was stressful and uncomfortable. If I travelled to Tunisia again, I would use the Tui transport Bus and NOT book a transfer. I don’t hold HEX responsible for the driver and I will continue to use their services.

Was a little worried whem landed. Normally someone has card with our name on it. But others helped to find who I needed to talk to.
Again disnt hear from company a time to pick us up. So I had ro get in touch. To fund out time off pick up.
Then a mini bus turned up
Saying they were here to pick us up.
I was confused as I ordered a taxi not mini bus that was picking other guests up at another hotel.

We were not met at the airport by our transfer, with 2 children in tow and in a country we have never visited it was very stressful, i had to internet or wifi to get your information up, and to contact you would have cost me a fortune. Luckily i managed to get hold of a tui rep at the airport who helped and contacted you to see what was going on. About an hour passed before we were picked up, the driver did apologise but the vehicle we were picked up in and not even sure it was road worthy, my seat wasnt even fixed to the floor properly, not impressed at all. Coming back to the airport was completely different our driver was early, very polite, the vehicle was very comfortable with air conditioning, completely different experience.

There was good think that happened with my transfer and a couple of things that went wrong first off are plane landed early and there was no driver waiting for us so called the over sea number to be told my booking was in the 4th August not the 17th August we where lucky that my dad was in another car and the driver rang and found are driver who told us we was on his way and would be 5mins this driver was lovely and got us to are hotel we loved the fact that it was just us in the car and didn't have to make any stop this will be the only reason we book again

Much better experience than previous 2! As informed by email the rep was waiting at the exit of arrivals (not so on previous trip) but you must note they stand behind a portable desk in the email you state they will be holding a sign, not at all the same and could be confusing for first-timers. Did not like the EasyJet rep’s demand for a tip - tips should be proffered for good service, not demanded plus the rep only appeared as the bus was about to leave, no sign of him before! The driver looked embarrassed!

The transfer is always there waiting for you at the airport, even if your flight is delayed...and this included one time when my flight was delayed by SIX HOURS. It is a completely reliable service. When you make the phone call the day before the transfer is due to come to the hotel to take you back, the person in the office always quickly answers your call, has your details to hand and speaks good english. It is amazing value for money.

Driver was there waiting when we arrived, was very welcoming. Return journey driver was very prompt and dropped us at separate entrance to bus drop off which was very nice. Will always take private transfer over bus transfer.

We were collected promptly then taken to a hotel which we questioned and was told it was correct to then find it wasn't. we had to ssk reception to contact trznsfer to pick us up again ehuch took half am hour, to then be taken to a 2nd wrong hotel till the driver finally found out ehere he was supposed to take us. Not the service we expected.

Our driver was waiting for us on arrival in a nice clean vehicle, the journey went well and he was very friendly. The return journey was the same he was a few minutes late but got us to the airport in plenty of time he was very friendly asking how we liked Tunisia and about our holiday he spoke very good English we will be using this service when we return.

Things went smoothly. There was a man on a stand taking names from people who had made reservations. We gave our names, we were told what bus to get in. We waited in bus for 30 minutes for other passengers. Once everyone was here the service was great got drop off outside hotel.

I bought the transfer for my partner who was taking his elderly mum on holiday.
The coach was just right. Collected them from airport & took them to their hotel, and then collected them to come back again a fortnight later.
We’ve used the transfers a few times now. Only occasionally had any issues, but always rectified and at airport in time to return home.

Everything went smoothly while being transported from the airport to the hotel, as reps were waiting. However It would be a good idea to provide details of the vehicle with registration number be provided on the outward journey to the airport as to avoid confusion with other carriers .

Fantastic service, taxi was clean, the driver professional, everything was organised well and on time. The only comment would be reference the driver waiting with a post with the customers name, this didn’t happen and we had to ask a few people around before we found our driver

The taxi was on time for outbound and return flight, was easy to locate. The car I would say was simply a standard car, I thought the reason we paid more was to get a more premium vehicle but this wasn't the case, it was clean but not what I expected.

Everything was excellent, except the time for return journey confirmation, Your e-mail stated that we had to phone the international UK number which is not always practical when abroad. This confirmation can easily be done by telephoning the local transport provider or even sending them an e-mail.

I prefer it when we had the breakfasts ordered and served as the queues are fairly long and often food running low I’ve used the living twice in the last 3 months and both times it was a little disappointing I enjoy the lounges but prefer the old way of taking breakfast orders

Hotel stay with long stay airport parking great value. But overseas airport to hotel private car transfer not so good. After collecting luggage, on existing airport, expecting someone with name on board. Other private transfer operators had customers names on boards, after speaking with the Tui agents that we booked holiday with, they directed me to the correct customer service area. They told me to go outside the airport, and look for taxi number 4 , on exiting the airport, many taxi driver tried to get us in there taxi. As we cannot see the number 4 taxi, I had to return into the airport, and get someone to escort us to the correct taxi. This was not what we were expecting, after travelling, and very tired, disappointed with this. However the pickup from the hotel to airport on return journey, was very good, arrived on time and went smoothly.

Booked hotel transfers, arrived on time, only thing I would say is would have been better if they showed a name plaque as slightly confusing trying to find the company at airport Enfidha. Pick up was confusing as driver showed no badge just found him by chance in hotel. Booked parking East Midlands very easy to park and find A ++
