This was the very best transfer service from airport to hotel and return that I have had. Excellent pre arrival information, the driver waiting for me at the airport despite the flight being one hour late. He was at the entrance with my name in large letters on his card. Extremely good vehicle and driver. Exactly the same for my return.
I have had some problems with other companies for these transfers and this is the first time with Holiday Extras and I would rate this 100% and would definitely book again. The company you use in Turkey was brilliant.

Apart from agents not being at the kiosks advised and no notice on closed shutters stating where they were to be located the driver was on time and was so helpful when my pickup from Hotel Mutlu was delayed

The out going trip was very smooth and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The return was a good journey but had to phone to confirm the pickup time and didn't receive the confirmation text until we were back in England. Would have been better if it had been sent by email or what's app.

Almost perfect. The only problem was that the return leg driver drove at such a speed that even I(a regular motorist who generally drives at the upper end of the spectrum) was quite concerned and one of the other 3 passengers was physically sick!

A confirmation e-mail or enabling a watts app communication for return pick up time would be good.
Just about everyone has Internet access, but not phone and sms text messages when abroad.
The staff at the apartments were lovely and phoned for us, but I felt a bit stressed asking them to do it.
That's my only quarm, otherwise it was all very good.

This is the best holiday transfer we have ever had! The vehicle was new and immaculately clean and extremely comfortable, the temperature in the vehicle was just right. Most of all it was the driver who made this experience great for us. We had the same driver for both legs (sorry I can’t recall his name). He was very polite, smartly dressed and spoke good English to communicate with us - but above all his driving was excellent. This was the first time we have not been thrown about (due to speeding) on the bends in the roads whilst being transferred between Dalaman airport and Green Nature Diamond Hotel Marmaris. Please pass on our congratulations to the driver and give our sincere thanks for a pleasurable experience.

The booking process was easy, and transfer instructions on where to meet the driver, return pick up time, we're all spot on. The return trip to the airport was fine, the driver was early and waiting for us in the hotel lobby, as arranged. My only fault is the speed which the driver from.the airport to the hotel drove. He certainly didn't stick to the speed limits and some parts of the journey were, to say the least, quite scary. I felt like I was on a roller coaster. I did ask him to slow down at one point, and he told me he was a good driver and not to worry.

The arrival and departure pick ups were on time, the instructions clear to follow and the service friendly ( free water going out and free ice lollies coming back from the drivers ). The only negative if I have to give one, is the minimal English spoken at the arrival desk and the drivers, so it could be difficult to discuss anything if any problems were to arise during any stage of the process. Fortunately, I had no such issues.

Arriving at Dalaman Airport walked thru after collecting luggage and driver was waiting and took our cars to the vehicle and drove to our hotel all seamless however for the return journey he arrived 30 minutes early and told reception to ring me I had to leave dining room and show him my message and booking time but he was adamant I was wrong until the receptionist looked and spoke to driver to check his details which he then apologised which by then had ruined dinner not acceptable

On arrival we went to the allocated desk, gave our name, and in minutes had a driver putting the case in the car.
Very smooth ride and the deuver stopped for fuel and bought us bottles of water.
Return journey excellent.
Driver arrived just before the pick up time.
We have used Holiday extra on all our trips to Turkey, reasonably priced, good service, we will continue to book with them.

I found the booking process very easy and the price to be reasonable. At first I couldn’t find the exact location of our apartment so I selected a restaurant just around the corner. Once booked, I sent an email to the booking team with the correct address and they updated it within a couple of hours.

Our return was great, we were picked up on time and had a smooth journey.
The same can’t be said for our outbound journey. The driver messed up the dates and was not there waiting for us at our pick up time. We had to wait over an hour for the driver to arrive to pick us up. This was at 4am so there were no other alternatives. Ensuring drivers know exactly what date and time they are picking their customers up is essential. Especially for early morning pick ups.

Going back. Driver was on time. Vehicle was old, driver suffered from body odour, and thought he was Louis Hamilton! A frightening hour and twenty minute journey reaching speeds of over 90 mph.! Would not want him again.

Excellent service. Driver was waiting for us at the airport. 10 passengers, he loaded all cases, wheelchair and walker and we were on our way within 30 minutes of leaving the airport. Good drivers and both journeys picked up in mini bus as private transfer. Easy to locate on arrival but no communication received confirming return transfer so was getting worried the driver wouldn’t show. Tried all the numbers listed on the booking and either went to answer phone or unobtainable. Rang the Uk contact but person who answered was rude and unhelpful said nothing to do with him and he know nothing of the booking! Not impressed by that part if the service so trusted that driver would show to collect us. Luckily driver arrived to collect us, so all good in the end but would have been nice to have received confirmation/contact prior to departure to confirm this.

Despite a flight delay of around 60 minutes. Our driver was waiting at destination airport.

To find the driver waiting is always a relief! The service was fast and smooth and although the return taxi was a little late, ringing the emergency number and finding he was just 10 minutes away was another relief. As it went he more than made that up.

Wasn’t impressed with the stop off on the way there. Witnessed a fellow passenger being overcharged for cigarettes. Then someone selling excursions came on the bus to hit us with a sales pitch. This was all in the early hours of the morning and I could’ve done without it.

Received a notice of cancellation for our transfer shuttle 3 days before travel and within 5 minutes a notification to say it had been re-booked for a private transfer at no extra cost. Everything went to plan on pick up at the apt, our driver was great and stopped along the way to buy us water and also at a viewpoint. On the return, we were picked up at the hotel by a "party bus" with music videos playing. Really easy transfers and I can only sing the praises of holiday extras, will definitely use again - thank you.

The only issue with this leg was that the vehicle had dozens of flies which was really annoying. The return journey in different vehicle went off perfectly. Great company, friendly and punctual staff, and easy and straightforward to use.
The only suggestion I would make is maybe some bottled water in the vehicles as you've just come off a nearly 5-hour flight with nowhere to get anything to drink, and a nearly 2-hour transfer ahead.

Waiting for us at airport with a board with our name. Stopped off way to resort and return and bought us water for the journey. Partner left mobile phone in tje back of car on return to the airport. We couldnt pick up as we gone through security check. They took it back to oir hotel in the resort so a friend could collect and bring back to the UK for us. Definitely recommend.

Papirus offered a brilliant service on both journey’s of the transfer.
Unfortunately, the Holiday Extras app and the booking process was awful.
I got a message saying the booking didn’t go through, so booked again. Then I was charged twice. Cancelled one (app said it didn’t work, but it did!), and I was awarded a voucher, but it wasn’t my error so wanted a full refund. They make it very hard to be contacted to sort it out, but in fairness, when you do get a contact, they do sort it out very quickly.
It’s easier to book independently though.

It was rather difficult to locate the driver due to the number of drivers awaiting pickups. Perhaps a dedicated spot to locate drivers more easily would help. This is not a criticism as the service was very good on both journeys. Drivers were very safe and respectable.

The airport desk was easy to locate and we were quickly taken to our transfer vehicle. We didn't have to wait too long before we left either. The transfer itself was quicker than expected and really comfortable. The return trip was late picking up and I did panic, but we arrived in good time. The driver made a short break too which was handy. I've booked through this site a few times now and never had a problem.
