Getting to the airport
The hotel is within walking distance of the airport – it's just 7 minutes on foot. Although if you'd prefer not to walk you can take a taxi instead, which costs around £14 and takes around 2 minutes depending on traffic.
Check in from 3pm, check out by 12 noon.
Parking
Overnight parking at the hotel is £14 per car. Make sure you give reception your registration number.

Once you've parked, check in and give reception your car registration so they can waive the normal parking fee.
Getting from the hotel to the airport
After you've checked out of the hotel drive to the Long Stay car park, which should only take around 3 minutes.
The barriers will automatically lift after scanning your registration. Drive in and find a space - you'll keep your keys while you're away.
Shuttle buses run to the terminal every 10 minutes and take around 5 to get there, plus they're included in the price.
Coming home
After collecting your luggage catch the bus from where it dropped you off and return to Long Stay to pick up your car.

Transfers are included in the price and you can expect to wait around 9 minutes, though you may have to wait as much as 20 minutes. The journey normally takes just 10 to 15 minutes, but it may take longer during the rush hour.
Park & Ride customers will be unable to take oversized items onto the transfer buses (skis, snowboards, bicycles, surfboards or anything as large/larger than these items). To avoid this, you can drop large items off at the terminal with a passenger and then drive your car to the car park.
