Getting to the airport

From May 2nd 2022, the hotel's transfer service will resume. A single trip costs £10 per adult and £8 per child. A return trip costs £14 per adult and £10 per child.

If you'd prefer to take a taxi, a standard car costs around £15 to £17 each way. Taxis run 24-hours and take around 20 minutes.

Arriving by train? The nearest station is Gatley. It's about 7 minutes drive from there to the hotel by taxi, it'll cost around £12.

Palatine's restaurant reopens on 1st January 2021 and serves a varied menu, including fish and chips, burgers and pasta. Main meals average around £12.50, but you can get a 2-course dinner for £12.50 when you book in advance with Holiday Extras. Guests say the food is simple but the service is generally good.

There are vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. The hotel recommends you talk to a member of staff before you order to discuss it with them.

Bar

The bar serves a selection of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. They also have food, such as bar snacks and burgers, served between 4pm and 10pm daily.

The Java Lounge offers a selection of hot and cold drinks in a quieter seating area. They also serve snacks and sandwiches for around £4.
