Good company just a bit miffed as to why they dropped us of at a hotel we weren't staying at first + had to quickly get taxi to take us closer to our hotel as they were doing road works but as it was there was still access down by the hotel but we had to walk on the morning to collect our taxi to the airport which luckily we'd asked at the hotel to direct us but otherwise drivers were very good + friendly.

We paid for the service but easyJet cancelled our flight at last minute. We had a message to say that our driver was waiting for us so I sent a text to say our flight was still in the Uk

On the way to the hotel, the driver took a winding mountain road instead of the motorway.
On the way back the driver dropped me in the multi-storey car park rather than in the departures area.

The communication from the transport company was great. We had a flight delay and they were really on the spot, tracking the flight and picking us up. Although we booked a limousine we got a TAXI for the return trip to the airport (not what i expected after paying premium prices for the privilege). We really should have got what we paid for. The drivers were really good and the communications were exceptional.

Clear instructions on where to meet the minibus. Both drivers extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Pick ups and drop offs both very smooth. Will definitely be using the services again in the future

Staff waiting at airport on arrival, directed straight to shuttle bus and straight to hotel! Journey back was told to go to same stop but was picked up other side of busy main road but all on time for our flight. Was impressed!

We booked 4 transfers for our whole holiday, 3 of which went to plan but the 4th didn't ever turn up!!! We were stranded at our hotel In Puerto Rico with no transfer and a flight to catch!! The stress!! I knew something was wrong because we'd never had a text or email to confirm the time of collection. I had to ring several times and join a chat!! Not a great experience!

It was great the pick up point, driven straight to hotel. Only down fall was hqving to find the desk and the pick up point, wasnt cleatest instructions but once there all was fine

On arrival at hotel we were dropped off at the back of the hotel at a bus stop on the main road and had to walk with luggage all the way round to the front entrance. Husband on crutch and struggled as had to take his suitcase too.
On departure told to go to Pineda train station where coach would get us. This was a 20 minute walk away, again husband couldn't walk that distance and we had to get a taxi and pay for it ourselves. We then got a call from the transfer company to say the bus was at the hotel. I have a copy of the transfer details saying where we were to be picked up and confirmed it with hotel reception, even the transfer company didn't get it right! We would not use the transfer service again. You expect to be dropped off and picked up at hotel entrance and not dropped off elsewhere. There was no reason why the bus couldn't go to the main entrance . The transfers were not the cheapest. It was stressful for both myself and my husband.

on arrival at barcelona airport , i received a phone call explaining as to where the pick-up transport was parked and later on , i received another phone call to confirm that we had found the pick-up transport - excellent service.

We had to call the transfer company as no car was there when we landed! We were told that we had landed in the wrong terminal??? The transfer company knew our flight details and where we were landing… they just didn't want to pay for the airport entrance fee into the airport! Once picked up the driver was really friendly and chatty!
On the return transfer the driver was a bit scatty with his driving and not that friendly!

Was a little difficult to find the desk in Terminal 2 as we landed in 2C with EasyJet and signs were few and far between. Once found everything was very smooth and professional done.

From hotel to airport the car was too small and to convince the driver to take us we put cases and bags on our legs all the way to the airport. Added some stress we didn't need.
