TakeOff Meet & Greet gets you from car to check-in in no time. Drive to the terminal, hand over your keys, and head straight to departures. It's simple, speedy, and stress-free.

Need to know

Give the car park a call about 30 minutes before you arrive to let them know you're on your way. Head to the Luton TakeOff meeting point in Terminal Car Park 1. The team will meet you, take your keys and park your car while you take the short walk to the terminal.

When you get back, give the car park a call when you've collected your luggage. They'll bring your car back to the meeting point.

Accessibility

Meet and greet parking is ideal for any accessibility needs, as a shuttle bus isn't needed.

Security

Your car's in safe hands. We only work with trusted car parks that take care of your car like it's their own. While your car's with them, it's fully protected – so you can head off without a second thought.

The car park is secured by:

• CCTV
• Entry and exit barriers
• Staff patrols

The small print

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or large vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight, at their discretion. Any longer than this you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £30 per day which is subject to change.

Your car will be parked in a secured off-site compound while you're away.

During bank holidays, there may be some changes in how the parking works. TakeOff will tell you about this if it affects you.

Arriving at the car park

Give the car park a call about 30 minutes before you arrive, then head to the TakeOff Luton Airport Meet and Greet meeting point in Terminal Car Park 1. One of the team will meet you, take your keys and go over some checks. They'll park your car while you take the short walk to the terminal.

Returning to the car park

When you get back, give the car park a call when you've picked up your luggage. Head back to the meeting point in Terminal Car Park 1 to meet the team, pick up your car and then head home.

Once you've picked up your car, you'll have 15 minutes to leave the car park to avoid any extra charges. Any longer than 15 minutes, and you'll need to pay extra at the exit barrier.
