The parking was easy to find and no Problem at all. However after a delayed flight and delayed baggage and all you want to do is get home we were waiting a good 20 -30 minutes for a bus to arrive. Surely the bus companies should be aware when flights are coming in and who are likely to get on otherwise why do we have to give our flight details?

Booking, paying, and parking all went well and bus transfer to airport was fine. Car was where I left it and not damaged or anything. Turning however, was trickier. The bus stops for the bus are not well sign-posted and people were joining the wrong Qs. The return ticket says to ring a number upon return, but there was no answer so not sure why we were asked to do this. Parking areas not that well-lit either so if you are returning late, it can be hard to locate the lane in which you parked again.

Very easy to use and friendly and helpful staff all around. Did not have to wait for airport transfers even though we reach the airport at 1.30 in the morning, the shuttle arrived a min later. will definitely recommend and use this service again.

Great parking facility with no other drivers to the vehicle and take your keys with you. Arrived early and night worker on the entry a bit grumpy, apparently I had driven too far forward and the technology couldn't read the vehicle reg. Perhaps put a visible stop line rather than complain to the customer. Bus journey was very good. Frequent buses right to the airport entrance. Would use again.

It is the second time in tow months that I use holidays extras parking at Luton Airport (Airparks). I am very pleased with the experience and can't fault the service provided. The only negative remark that I have is that in the red zone of the parking I found several nails on the ground. You don't want to leave the parking with a flat.
