Everything was perfect - I got the return date wrong - Our holiday was fromth tost August and I used those dates for booking the mid-stay car park, completely forgetting that although our holiday technically finished on thest we still had to fly home arriving on thend whereupon my ticket wouldn't work. A member of your staff helped me sort out my own mess and we drove home very happy with holiday extras and we will use your great service next time we fly from Edinburgh

Not many spaces when we arrived but got one. Our flight was about minutes late on returning and ticket wouldn't let us out. Staff on telecom solved the problem

Good and close to the airport. Walk to terminal uncovered so with the Scottish climate we got soaked when we arrived which wasn't ideal.

Everything went well till we got to the barrier to come out and we were asked to pay an extra £38.we had to contact the gateman and he sorted it out.in the meantime a queue was building behind us.
