Very poor maintened room very old bed also skills and yellow colour in wc and sink mould surondig the bath room i have photos taken for a proof

Basically everything went wrong. The hotel was advertised to have direct connection with the airport, but it didn't. Furthermore the address on the confirmation was for the wrong hotel so I was sent to the wrong place. At my arrival at the correct hotel my room had not been cleaned (bed unmade, window open and cleaning products lying around) and I had to request a new room. Only positive note was that the customer relation staff was efficient in refunding me the taxi expenses.
