Hotel was fine. Decided to eat in the bar as we couldn’t get a booking in the restaurant. 20 mins to get a menu and drink. It would have been another 20 mins to order if we hadn’t complained to the manager. When it arrived it was dreadful. Half cooked chips no vegetables and most unappetising.

We arrived having paid extra for an executive, sea view room to discover that Holiday Extras had only booked a standard room for us! Absolutely furious! Luckily when I complained the hotel did have a spare sea view room but it definitely wasn’t an executive room! The hotel is advertised as having a Marco Pierre White steakhouse but it was closed!
