Crowne Plaza with secured parking room-only procedures
On the day of your stay
Head to the hotel for your overnight stay. Park, hand over your keys, and your car will be parked in a secured compound while you are away, and brought back when you land.

Getting from the hotel to the airport
On the day of your flight, take the hotel's shuttle bus to the airport which takes around 5 to 10 minutes, runs from 3am to 9pm and costs £3.95 per person each way. Book your shuttle bus tickets in advance – a link to book tickets will be in your booking confirmation. Outside these times, you can take a taxi for around £12.
You can also walk to each terminal. It's 6 minutes to T1 and T3, and 14 minutes to T2, but we'd recommend taking the shuttle bus service, especially if you are travelling to T2.
Coming home
When you get back, take the shuttle bus or walk back to the hotel, pick up your car and head home.

Getting from the hotel to the airport
On the day of your flight, drive to JetParks 3 car park, park and keep your keys. Make a note of where you've parked your car for when you come home.
Take the included shuttle bus to your terminal – they run every 15 minutes and take about 10 minutes.
Coming home
When you get back, take the shuttle bus back to the car park. Pick up your car and head home.

Getting from the hotel to the airport
On the day of your flight, drive to the Drop and Go car park, where your car will stay while you're away. Hand your keys to the team and your car will be parked for you while you make your way to the terminal.
It's a 5-minute walk to T3, but for T1 and T2 you'll need to take the included shuttle bus. It takes about 2 minutes to T1 and 5 minutes to T2.
Coming home
When you get back, walk or take the shuttle bus back to the car park, pick up your keys and head home.

On the day of your stay
Drive to the hotel's car park and park overnight for free - your confirmation email will include driving directions and a postcode for satnavs.
Getting from the hotel to the airport
When you're ready to fly drive to the Meet and Greet office at the terminal, hand over your keys and your car will be parked for you.
From there you can walk to the terminal - it takes 3 minutes.
Coming home:
Collect your luggage. Walk back to the car park reception to collect your keys and car.
