Crowne Plaza with secured parking room-only procedures
On the day of your stay
Head to the hotel for your overnight stay. Park, hand over your keys, and your car will be parked in a secured compound while you are away, and brought back when you land.

Getting from the hotel to the airport
The Shuttlehotel bus runs to all terminals every 20 to 30 minutes daily from 3am to 11pm – times can change around Christmas. It takes around 5 to 10 minutes and costs £3.95 per person, each way – it's payable by card when you board.
Outside these times, you can get a taxi for around £12.
You can also walk to each terminal. It's 6 minutes to T3, and 14 minutes to T2, but we'd recommend taking the shuttle bus service, especially if you are travelling to T2.
Coming home
When you get back, take the shuttle bus or walk back to the hotel, pick up your car and head home.

On the day of your stay

Getting from the hotel to the airport
On the day of your flight, drive to JetParks 3 car park, park and keep your keys. Make a note of where you've parked your car for when you come home.
Take the included shuttle bus to your terminal – they run every 15 minutes and take about 10 minutes.
Coming home
When you get back, take the shuttle bus back to the car park. Pick up your car and head home.

Getting from the hotel to the airport
On the day of your flight, drive to the Drop and Go – P16 car park, where your car will stay while you're away. When you arrive at the airport, follow signs for P16 – airport signs won't say Drop and Go.
Hand your keys to the team and your car will be parked for you while you make your way to the terminal.
It's a 5-minute walk to T3, but for T2 you'll need to take the included shuttle bus. It takes about 5 minutes.
Coming home
When you get back, walk or take the shuttle bus back to the car park, pick up your keys and head home.

On the day of your stay
Drive to the hotel for your stay – overnight parking is included.

Getting from the hotel to the airport
On the day of your flight, drive to the T2 Meet and Greet - P1 drop-off point at the multi storey car park. Hand over your keys and your car will be parked for you.
When you arrive at the airport, follow signs for P1 – airport signs will not say T2 Meet and Greet.
From there you can walk to the terminal – it takes 3 minutes.
Coming home
When you get back from your holiday, follow the Meet & Greet signs after customs. Pick up your keys from the lockers near Domestic Arrivals and WHSmith – you'll be shown where to find your car.

Park your car and use the self-serve machine to drop off your keys. Your car will be parked for you while you take the 2-minute stroll to the terminal.
Coming home
When you get back, walk back to the car park to pick up your car and head home.
