Getting from the hotel to the airport
The hotel runs a 24-hour shuttle to the terminals, which is included in the price:
Terminal 1 & 3: 2-minute shuttle ride
Terminal 2: 4-minute shuttle ride
Alternatively, you can walk to each terminal. It's 6 minutes to Terminals 1 and 3, and 14 minutes to Terminal 2. We'd recommend taking the shuttle, to avoid crossing busy airport roads.
You could also take a taxi to any of the terminals. It costs around £5 to £8 per car.
Coming home
Once you've collected your bags, call the number on your confirmation email. The Crowne Plaza will send their shuttle to pick you up outside the terminal. It will bring you back to the hotel so you can collect your car.

If you're feeling energetic, you can walk to all of the terminals at Manchester airport from the Crowne Plaza hotel. It would take roughly five minutes to reach terminals one and three on foot, and between 15 and 20 minutes to get to terminal two. But for those who don't relish the idea of traipsing heavy suitcases any further than necessary, there is a free shuttle bus that runs to all terminals on a continual loop, 24 hours daily. Guests will be served on a first-come-first-served basis. It takes between five and seven minutes to reach terminals one and three, and about 10 minutes to reach terminal two.
You can book a park and fly package, although the Crowne Plaza cannot guarantee that your car will stay on-site at the hotel for the duration. Once you have departed, it may be moved to a car park in Carrington and brought back to the hotel on your return. This is roughly a 25-mile round trip.

The hotel has over 300 parking spaces with CCTV, entrance and exit barriers and patrols. As you drive into the car park, you will need to take a ticket at the barrier. Before your departure, you will need to get this ticket validated at reception and your parking will be charged to your room if you have not bought a hotel and parking package. However, we recommend that you do opt for the whole package in advance, as it is likely to be far cheaper than paying on the day.
Customers who are parking at an airport car park, instead of at the hotel, can stop for 15 minutes before they'll need to get their ticket validated.
