A delightful hotel. All the staff were very helpful and understanding. Room was comfortable and only slight distraction with train noise. Easy parking and under cover. Quick train journey takes you straight to the airport, gate directly from platform to hotel was great on return. Would definitely use again.

The hotel was clean but the service was not very good. Called the receptionist for help several times but no-one picked up and then was told to call housekeeping for a problem we had and again no answer. Went to order room service as very early flight and that was a total disaster, not good service such a let down.

Our original hotel was cancelled by a phone call whilst on our way there!!! Only explanation was overbooked which was crazy as we’d booked so far in advance .However the alternative offered was very good
