Let Airparks take the stress out of your airport parking. With CarCare included as standard, your car is fully covered while you're away – and scanned from every angle the moment you arrive. Add a fast transfer, a friendly team and top-rated service, and it's easy to see why so many customers choose Airparks again and again.
From the moment you arrive, you're looked after by a team that genuinely cares – whether it's driver Jimmy tending the flower beds or Charles proudly running the show.
Airparks CarCare – included with Drop & Go
CarCare is included automatically when you book Drop & Go – and it's all about giving you extra peace of mind.
Here's what you get:
- 360° vehicle scan on arrival – 10 high-res cameras record your car's condition from every angle.
- Full insurance coverage – From the moment you hand over your keys, Airparks makes sure your vehicle is covered by their comprehensive insurance for any liability while it's in their care.
- Quick resolutions – If there's any damage, Airparks will handle it quickly with a quote, payment, and repairs.
- Extra if they fall short – You'll get £50 to spend on your next stay with Airparks.
Airparks parks hundreds of thousands of vehicles a year, and the chance of an issue is vanishingly small. You're more likely to see the Northern Lights in Tenerife than experience a problem. But if something does go wrong, CarCare means your car's in safe hands.

The small print
Online check-in is included – it takes just 20 seconds and gets you parked even faster.
If you're planning on returning early try and give the car park as much notice as possible so they can have your car ready for you.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they are less than 2m wide x 2.1m high x 5m long. The car park can't accept any high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or vehicles larger than the above maximum dimensions.
If you're bringing large sporting equipment, we recommend dropping it at the terminal before parking.
Early or late? As long as you arrive on the day you've booked, there's no extra charge. If you stay longer, you'll be charged the standard rate of £20 per day (subject to change).
Getting to and from Luton airport
Arriving at the car park
Drive straight into the car photo booth at the car park, which scans your car for reference and protection (this takes no more than 5 seconds). Park in the arrivals lane and check in using one of the machines, which will give you a ticket. You'll also get a tag which you need to attach to your keys.
Drop your keys into the key-drop box outside reception – make sure you put them in the correct box for your lane number – and catch the shuttle bus to the terminal.
The bus is included in the price and runs regularly 24 hours a day. The journey takes around 14 minutes, plus there's free wifi on board! Your car will be parked for you while you make your way to the terminal.
Returning to the car park
When you return catch the shuttle bus back to the car park – you'll need to show the driver your ticket you got on your arrival.
Once you're back at the car park, head to the check-out shelter and follow the instructions on the key dispenser – it'll return your keys and tell you where your car is parked.
On your way out just insert your ticket into the exit barrier and wait for it to lift. Don't worry if you lose your ticket, just take your photo ID to reception and answer some security questions.
