Where To Go At Night In Majorca

The magic of Majorca begins with the very first rays of sunshine and lasts right throughout the day. And when the sun goes down, the island is ready to be enjoyed in a whole new way.

As part of your vacation preparations, be sure to take advantage of our Majorca airport transfers .

If we were to list all of this Balearic Island's top evening hot spots, we'd be here all day. Instead, we'll provide you with just some of its highlights.

Nightclubs

The majority of Majorca's nightclubs are situated in and around Palma and Magaluf. Bar Sabotage, which can be found in the island's capital, is a magnet for vibe-loving folk. BCM Planet Dance in Magaluf, meanwhile, offers an output that covers all kinds of dance music genres, including techno, trance, hip-hop and house. Away from Palma and Magaluf, Bolero Disco in Cala Ratjada and Farah's Legendary Club in Santanyí are just two nightclub highlights worth checking out.

Live music

Shamrock Palma hosts live acts that span a wide range of musical genres. Depending on which night you visit, you might hear Motown-era soul, rock 'n' roll, indie/alternative, reggae, funk or straight-ahead rock. If jazz is your thing, Blue Jazz Club Saratoga in Palma is a well-regarded live venue. For something a little different, visit Palma's Brooklyn Club, a piano bar of some note.

Pubs and bars

Whether your favourite tipple is a good old fashioned pint of beer or a slinky cocktail, you won't want for places to imbibe in Majorca. Chapeau 1987 in Palma offers cocktails-a-plenty, as well as an enormous range of whiskies. Cocktails and other cool drinks can also be enjoyed at El Sol, at Son Serra de Marina in the north of the island. A little further up the coast, Alcúdia's Jolly Roger is another fine drinking establishment.

Eating out

Spain is famous for its tapas, a delicious appetiser that is widely available on the island – at Ombu in Palma, for example, is a very popular and highly rated eatery. You may need to book in advance but if you yearn for some award-winning, contemporary Majorcan fare, head to Restaurant Santi Taura in Lloseta. For a mix of Spanish, Mediterranean and European flavours, Zaranda in Es Capdellà will more than likely satisfy your taste buds.

Whether visiting Majorca, Montreal or Mumbai, our airport transfers will help get your holiday off to the perfect start.
