Bit disappointed that the water taxi was mainly a drive in a taxi followed by a short boat ride to the hotel. It’s Venice so felt it was a bit of a let down, particularly for the price paid.

Everything went very smoothly. Picked up on time for both trips. Taxi from the airport to the boat and then down the canals to the hotel. A great start to our trip. The return journey was equally smooth

Straightforward BUT it would have been great to get some replies related to the booking (no replies to confirm the outward journey) but reply to confirm the return journey. I understand English not 1st language but expect a reply to confirm the the pick etc

Everything was perfect! So straight forward to book and pretty much straight after all details I needed was there. Transfer was upon arrival and straight to the hotel no messing about. Transfer to the airport was waiting in hotel lobby. Loaded luggage into car and straight to the airport and correct terminal! Want to thank both drivers and the taxi company for being so professional and taking away an stress that could ruin the holiday if didn't go planned. Would highly use again! Thank you!

We are frequent users of holiday extras. Really easy to book.
Once landed we collected our suitcases and excited arrivals, our driver was waiting with a card with our names on and took us straight out to the waiting car, which was clean and comfy. He was polite and drove very well and took us right to our hotel door. Very happy with the experience would use again.
