Meet Vauxhall Way Self Park, the refreshed car park formerly known as Airparks ShortRun, now run by a new team. Brand new bus shelters are being built and an all new fleet of smaller Sprinter buses make for a more personalised shuttle, all from the same great spot at Vauxhall Way.

Need to know

Drive to the car park and head to the drop-off area outside reception – one of the parking team will meet you, tell you where to park and give you a card with all of your return instructions on. You'll keep your car keys.

Take the shuttle bus to the airport. It's included in the price, runs every 5-10 minutes and they'll drop you off right outside the terminal doors. The journey usually takes 5 minutes, but it's a good idea to allow a little extra during peak times.

When you get back, give the car park a call and they'll send the shuttle to pick you up.

The car park has the Park Mark Award and is secured by:

The small print

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). If your vehicle has more than 7 seats or you have a transit van, commercial vehicle or long wheelbase vehicle you'll need to pay an additional £30 when you arrive. If you have more than 7 people in your car, you can drop them at the airport first, which costs £5 for a drop-off fee rather than the £30 surcharge, saving you £25.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.
