Welcome to Vauxhall Way Meet & Greet, where you get to check-in faster. Secured parking for your peace of mind and no shuttle bus to wait for – simply drive to the terminal, drop your keys and car and stroll over to departures. Simple and hassle-free.

Need to know

Give the car park a call about 30 minutes before you arrive, then head to the meeting point in Terminal Car Park 1. One of the team will meet you, take your keys and go over some checks. They'll park your car while you take the short walk to the terminal.

When you get back, give the car park a call when you're in the baggage hall, and they'll bring your car back to the meeting point outside the terminal.

Meet and greet is ideal for any accessibility needs, as a shuttle bus isn't needed.

Security

Your car's in safe hands. We only work with trusted car parks that take care of your car like it's their own. While your car's with them, it's fully protected – so you can head off without a second thought.

The car park is secured by:

• Entry and exit barriers

The small print

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £30 per day. This is subject to change.

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.

Returning to the car park

When you get back, give the car park a call when you've picked up your luggage. Head to the Multi-Storey Car Park Level 3 Meet and Greet parking area to meet the team, pick up your car and then head home.

Once you've picked up your car, you'll have 15 minutes to leave the car park to avoid any extra charges. Any longer than 15 minutes, and you'll need to pay extra at the exit barrier.
