1. This offer applies to breaks purchased through Holiday Extras for Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter.
2. Your UK Break must be exactly the same as you’ve booked. See our package elements below.
3. You must claim against our Never Beaten on Price within 24 hours of making your booking with us. We reserve the right to ask for evidence of product availability and price before we accept your claim.
4. Successful claims will have the difference in price refunded.
5. The following exclusions apply:
1. Part of a customer loyalty program, reward, staff discount, corporate or group discount scheme, including discount codes.
2. Tickets that are part of any other discount or special offer.
3. Different terms and conditions from those offered by Holiday Extras.

Comparing to other packages:

For the price match to apply, each element of the package must be exactly the same, including:

1. Attraction Tickets: Tickets must be valid for the same date, attraction and number of people.
2. Accommodation: The type of accommodation must match in terms of room type, board basis, and hotel name.
3. Cancellation Terms: The package you are comparing to must have the same cancellation terms and conditions.
4. Party Members: The price comparison must include all party members.
5. Prices: All prices must be in pound sterling.
